What a great experience for Steve and myself to be part of the Great North Run yesterday.рҹ‘ҚрҹҸјрҹҳғ From the sight of thousands of colourful runners all running for different charities. Fantastic bands that you run by, the kids handing out ice-pops, jelly babes & Mmm Bourbon biscuits рҹҚӘрҹҳӮ & the fantastic karaoke men running with us whilst singing вҖң500 milesвҖқрҹҺӨрҹҺ¶ certainly kept us going to the end haha. Once again, a big thank you for all the kind donations to Cancer Research UK. So far they total ВЈ545.00 with a few more yet to come. рҹ‘ҸрҹҸјрҹ‘ҚрҹҸјрҹҳҳвқӨпёҸAlso a big big thank you to my fabulous sister Christine & Sean for putting us up & treating us to a gorgeous Sunday roast with SeanвҖҷs amazing Yorkshire puds after the run...just what we needed.рҹҳӢрҹ‘ҚрҹҸјвқӨпёҸXXXX

What an amazing day yesterday at Thelwall Rose Queen рҹҳҒвқӨпёҸ a big thank you to Jacqui & Jane for file & polishing the gorgeous Thelwall ladies...IвҖҷm still brushing off the glitter haha рҹҳҳрҹ‘ҸрҹҸјрҹ’…рҹҸ» The effort that goes into this event is truly amazing from the fabulous floats to all behind the scenes, setting up & cleaning up at the end. Well done Thelwall рҹ‘ҸрҹҸјitвҖҷs truly a privilege to be part of this lovely village XXX Ooo & we raised just under ВЈ100 for Cancer Research UK рҹ‘ҚрҹҸјрҹ‘ҸрҹҸјвқӨпёҸ Thank you lovely ladies who came to have their nails done xxx

Thank you so much, Janet from Lymm Flower Club for the beautiful flower arrangement. It was national flower arrangement day yesterday and each member has produced a beautiful arrangement & donated them to spread the love of flowers рҹ’җвқӨпёҸ they look gorgeous in our reception so a big hug & thank you to Janet....she even matched up our colour scheme рҹҳҳXXX

I had a French facial at Inches, it was amazing , so relaxing , invigorating and just perfect after all the festivities.
