Recently retired so I joined 5 weeks ago never really been a gym fan prefer the outdoors. Anyway I am hooked already Mark and Darren are so helpful and the bonus is not only am I getting fit but my blood pressure has gone down already. I would recommend a visit.

New layout and equipment are fantastic. Plenty of free weights, so no more waiting!

Its a very good set up and nice people who are willing to help and assist you.

Great gym, everything you need plus the bonus of the boxing equipment. Mark is so helpful always has time to stop and show you the correct way to do different exercises.

Enjoy vibro plate classes with Mark, just started self defence class with Kyle great trainer and lots of patience with us, makes it fun too

Just had my first tap lesson with Adam. Enjoyed every minute. Can't stop tapping.
