This Sunday Haigh Woodland Park are turning on their Christmas lights! Join us at the Courtyard to start this years festivities with great food and fun activities for all the family. This event will run between 1.30-4.45pm.

Throughout November Lose Weight Feel Great is challenging all participants to grow their mo to raise funds and awareness for men’s health.
Use your mo, as dubious as it may be, or movements to start conversations about men’s health and the support available.
Remember, a simple, “Are you ok?” can go a long way.
