As most of you know, I've been looking for a ground floor studio for the last few years but finding a landlord willing to hold it for 8 weeks for the change of use planning application to go through has been tough. Especially in a small town like ours. So I've settled for one just out of town but still easily accessible for the majority of my clients and regulars. It's located on Bewsey road Warrington. It has on site parking ’┐Į and is only 5/10 minutes walk from Warrington ce...ntral train station and the bus station. It's right between the hospital and Warrington wolves rugby stadium. I'll be moving in at the beginning of February. Pic attached shows the least congested routes to get there from Newton-le-willows. I understand some of you will be disappointed about the move so to compensate I'll be giving 20% DISCOUNT on bookings taken between now and the 4th of February.
