This fits my lifestyle perfectly, it has been something I have needed for a long time to keep me on track. The food is fresh and delicious and I don't have to worry about preparing anything or going to the shop as its already there at home in the fridge. Would highly recommend to anyone who is short on time or maybe a touch lazy when it comes to food prep like me as it can really keep you on the straight and narrow. Brilliant :)

Really enjoyed trying out some Intelligent Nutrition prep! Well ran lots of info on what you're looking to achieve and full attention to detail..I've tried a few places this year and I've found with these meals they tick all the boxes; they have Great variety, tasty, and cooked to perfection. Interesting and different sauces to the normal; the best for me being sweet pepper dressing. Pricing was cheaper than I had expected with such high quality. With plenty per portion not left feeling hungry/over faced. More than satisfied and impressed by the service.

Made my order by phone as I wanted to tweak it. Lee was very accommodating and did what I asked, the food was very fresh and exactly what I asked for, will definitely order again, makes working 12 hour shifts easy as the food prep is done for you :)

Just ideal for my lifestyle and tasty without having to think about if it's good for you because all the hard work is done �

I've just tried one of the boxes with halloumi broccoli and sweet potato and just needed to say it was delicious !! Can't wait to put in my next order, thank you �

I ordered the 7 day meal plan and the food is great. Fresh, tasty and very filling. I would highly recommend them for any meal prep needs you might have.

I have only had 1 meal at this point but I can guarantee I’ll be back for more!

One thing I was very (pleasantly) surprised by was how fresh the salmon was. No fishy smell/taste to it even after being microwaved, just goes to show that they are using fresh food ingredients and preparing them well!
