Invocation Fly Fishing

A great day at Friars Carse Hotel on the river Nith. Four beginners to fly fishing and a nice 50 50 split. They managed over 30 small but pristine wild Brown trout between them well done guys, and what good company you were.

Looking at getting out fishing but thinking about those little problems you had with your casting last season, Don't let it bother you. Get in touch and I am sure we can resolve those little things. Helping you get into more fish and with less trouble with dealing with wind, flowing water and all the things that can cause us a problem on any given day. I look forward to meeting you soon. well we have reached the end of another trout season, but the grayling are still there to be caught, so while we still have the weather get out and the pleasures of grayling fishing.

A clients first couple of graying taken from the River Nith. There will be two courses in Scotland this year so if your a trout, grayling or even a Salmon fan keep your eyes out for dates.

Well folks I will be moving to Skipton in the yorkshire dales in January. Please keep looking in for info for days and trips to work on your river skills, spey casting and the like for the coming season further info to follow on locations and prices.

Well a week today a group of us will be heading to dumfries for a couple of days on the Annan and the Nith. Some old friends and and some new friends to be. Lots of casting tuition and hopefully lots of trout and grayling. Looking forward to good company and good fishing and a wee dram or two.
