Its All Mind Over Matter

i would like to support a fantastic company called mind and trek kilimanjaro in october but to do this i will be holding fundraising events and challenges

I've suffered from depression for the past 6-7 years and I found great support and comfort from local companies.

Recently, I have discovered the charity Mind, which is a charity organization that provides vital health and support to people suffer from mental health problems, such as depression, anxiety, bipolar, etc. as well as many other types of help, like supported housing, crisis helplines, drop-in centres, employment training schemes, counselling and befriending.

I'd like to support this fantastic charity and have many exciting ideasof how to do so. A few being: Runs, treck, raffles and a possible auction. I will also be climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, which is the world's largest free-standing mountain. It's summit is 19341 feet and will take 10 days to treck. To be able to do this, I will need to raise 5500 pounds through fundraising events, challenges and sponsors.
