Izziwotnot’s social media pages are a place to find home and parenting inspiration, share feedback, personal experiences, receive support and to interact with one other. Please accept our warm welcome to the Izzi community – we can’t wait to hear from you!

This page is monitored from 9am-5. 30pm Monday-Friday. We will do our best to resolve any customer service issues as quickly and efficiently as possible, however if your enquiry is urgent or complex, you may be required to call 0161 830 1919 to speak with the team.
Our opening times are Mon-Thurs: 8am-4: 30pm, Fri: 8am-1: 30pm. If you would prefer, we can give you a call – simply drop us a message with your contact number and a suitable time. Otherwise, all comments and messages will be answered ASAP, within these hours.

We have Twin Boys who are now 7 months old and we’ve had all of their nursery furniture from Izziwotnot including Moses Baskets, Cotbeds, Wardrobe, Drawers and bedding bales. The quality is outstanding and we have had many compliments on our choice of furniture. Much better quality than the high street shops!



The service/advice we received during a Show Room visit was fantastic and the Delivery Team were punctual, efficient and very friendly. We’ve been more than happy with all of the products and have recommended Izziwotnot to plenty of our friends and family. Despite now having all we require in the boys nursery, if there are any other items we need our first point of call will without doubt be Izziwotnot!

The furniture I have revived is fantastic sturdy, looks amazing just what I wanted however the wardrobe has been provided with no fixtures and fittings. I have e-mailed, Facebook messaged and left two voice mails and still no one has got back to me. Finally someone got back to me and the fixtures and fittings have been sent they arrived within a couple of days.

Ordered the Bailey Nursery furniture in June and they delivered it in August as I asked if they could hold it in storage until our house was complete due to lack of room. ☺️ Good service as not many places would hold it in their warehouse for all that time! Looks lovely in our nursery and very heavy, sturdy and easy to put together. Packed very well too in lots of polystyrene so wasn't damaged in any way. Also ordered luxury bale bedding which is also good quality. Would recommend this company to all new parents to be! �

My little girls comfort is the izziwotnot bear with comfort attached she cant go anywhere without it, i emailed the company as i couldnt get it online and the girl was AMAZING and is sending one out in the post. I recieved an email back straight away. So so helpful and such a kind thing to do! Thank u so much ill have a very happy girly ! X

I've now got three of the Izziwotnot hanging rails. Manufacturers have missed a trick here because they are perfect for hanging the overspill of your wardrobes. The one in my bedroom currently holds 21 skirts, a body warmer and a hanging doofer with holes in to take my tights. There's also the bottom rail with room for three pairs of shoes.



Most extra clothes rails look like they belong in a shop, this looks far more expensive that it looks, not too big and it certainly doesn't look out of place. Which means that my 'half' of the wardrobe can breath easily and it's not a major effort to pull stuff out.



The other one holds excess winter stuff in the spare bedroom and the latest one is for an overspill of jackets under the stairs. And, I have a perfect spot for another one for the hobby room.

Rachel was so professional on the phone- she took interest in my pregnancy and was happy to answer all my questions that I was firing at her! I was searching online for a dressing up rail and all I could find were ones that were £90+. Then I found izziwotnots and I took the chance ordering the free standing rail in pink, I am so glad I did this, not only was it affordable, it is just as beautiful as the pictures, super fast delivery and extremely good quality! Not to mention the perfect height for my little one. I will 100% be recommending to friends and ordering again in future.

I ordered my girls bedding from izzywotnot and absolutely love it. We ordered the Humphrey's Corner Lottie Fairy Princess Pink Bumper set and it's just amazing the quality of the product is to a high standard and to a good finish much better than some I have seen on the high street. Would defiantly recommend izzywotnot. The bedding was the final touch we needed for the nursery.

I have just moved home and lost one of the round cams needed to put the Hemingway bed together. I rang customer service, was put through to Brad at the warehouse very quickly. Even though this bed has now been discontinued, Brad is sending me a couple of sizes of cams out today to see which will be best.

Nothing was too much trouble and couldn't have been more helpful on the phone.

I couldn't be happier with izziwotnot and I would HIGHLY recommend them! I bought the Tranquillity cot, wardrobe, set of draws and Petit Henri moses basket plus all the blankets and all the little bits to go with the furniture. I'm so in love with the nursery, everything is gorgeous and the quality is amazing! Im a very happy mummy to be and I'm sure my little boy will be to! Couldn't rate their products or customer service any higher. I'm about to use my Izziwotnot Moses basket for my 3rd child and it looks brand new still. I have lost a screw tho but after phoning customer services and sending a quick email with a pic of which one they are going to send me a new one.

Absolutely fantastic service. I brought down my izziwotnot Moses basket which had been in the loft for nearly 5 years. After it scrubbing up to new condition I realised I had lost the screw attachments. I contacted the IWN team who were extremely helpful (and reassured a rather impatient and very apprehensive mum to be) - the lady could not have helped anymore than she did. My screw parts arrived a couple of days later - alongside a cute new teddy for baby number 2.

Really disappointed with izziwotnot's customer service. I ordered a lemon blanket along with a cotbed quilt set. I paid £7.95 for next day delivery and found that the blanket was not the one I ordered. I have promptly tried to to resolve this with customer services who confirm the fault is with them. They want me to send the blanket I have received back to them and then they will issue the right item. The problem I have is the fault lies with the company and then then customer is the one that ends up resolving the issue. They have failed to understand the inconvenience caused to the customer and the fact that the order was a next day delivery order which has not arrived as described. They now want me to wait for them to receive the item back and then at that point they will post another one out. They has been no gesture of good will in terms of inconvenience, delivery charge or the fact that I now have to wait longer for the item I ordered. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from this company again in the future and will stick to a well know company that offers me the correct level of customer service.

Really disappointed with Izziwotnot. I ordered the tranquility cot bed at the beginning of July, which was due to be delivered at the beginning of September. At the beginning of September I was informed that it will not be available until the beginning of November. Our nursery is all ready for our baby (which is due any day now) minus the cot, which makes the room look empty! It really has left us in a predicament with it being too late to cancel our order and place one with another company due to delivery lead times. Had we been notified earlier then we could have got a cot bed elsewhere. As compensation we got offered a £3 toy! As it stands, I would not recommend izziwotnot.

Is anyone actually working at this company the last week.....call after call after call and all to voicemail. I ordered my cot in August and have I received it.....no!!!!! I'm 'supposed' to receive it tomorrow but seeing as I have had no communication with confirmation of this I'm very doubtful as the date has changed many times. I have written email after email confirming my reviews about your company will be shocking and addressing my emails to management and at no point has management even contacted me. I will be reporting you further for the shoddy service, lack of communication and lack of product which is £300 odd .....will I receive my item tomorrow or do I have to go the long winded way or getting my money back through other avenues as clearly no one is answering calls or emails. To say I am angry is a understatement the only reason I am fully preventing putting exactly how I really feel is my comments will be see by many people as it is as to the poor service I have received. How a company like you are still functioning is beyond me!!

I would not touch these guys with a barge pole!!

Ordered a three piece set back in the beginning of August and was told two weeks later that there was a delay due to changing supplier from China to England. The furniture was promised to come in at the end of September.

We phoned for a update on delivery a week before the end of September to be told to phone back on Thursday where they would have info on when it was going to be sorted.

We phoned on the Thursday to be told again that there was no update and to phone on Monday.

By that point I have only 5 weeks to the due date and I'm panicking because that's all we are waiting for.

In the end we cancelled the order and went with a set from Mamas and Papas where they came up with a delivery date within the week and it will be here on Friday!

The customer service was terrible and did nothing to make you feel confident about them and their products.

They offered us some wardrobe extra to compensate us for the wait.

I would only order from this company if you order from them after your 12 week scan because you certainly won't get it on time.

They caused me a lot of tears and stress that wasn't needed when I'm so close to my due date.

They forever change their date of delivery on their website also so would watch what they say.

I have been waiting for my sons cot since August. I have never been called or contacted at all to update me on delays. I was finally told it was coming Friday. Big surprise it didn’t turn up!! When I call they do not apologise or seem to care. Now there number doesn’t seem to be connecting. My son is completely grown out of his Moses basket and I just don’t know what to do.

Even though this bed has now been discontinued, Brad is sending me a couple of sizes of cams out today to see which will be best.

I couldn't be happier with izziwotnot and I would HIGHLY recommend them! I bought the Tranquillity cot, wardrobe, set of draws and Petit Henri moses basket plus all the blankets and all the little bits to go with the furniture. I'm so in love with the nursery, everything is gorgeous and the quality is amazing! Im a very happy mummy to be and I'm sure my little boy will be to! Ill be recommending izziwotnot to my friends who are mums to be! Happy customer indeed

Couldn't rate their products or customer service any higher. I'm about to use my Izziwotnot Moses basket for my 3rd child and it looks brand new still. I have lost a screw tho but after phoning customer services and sending a quick email with a pic of which one they are going to send me a new one.

Absolutely fantastic service. I brought down my izziwotnot Moses basket which had been in the loft for nearly 5 years. After it scrubbing up to new condition I realised I had lost the screw attachments. I contacted the IWN team who were extremely helpful (and reassured a rather impatient and very apprehensive mum to be) - the lady could not have helped anymore than she did. My screw parts arrived a couple of days later - alongside a cute new teddy for baby number 2.

Really disappointed with izziwotnot's customer service. I ordered a lemon blanket along with a cotbed quilt set. I paid £7.95 for next day delivery and found that the blanket was not the one I ordered. I have promptly tried to to resolve this with customer services who confirm the fault is with them. They want me to send the blanket I have received back to them and then they will issue the right item. The problem I have is the fault lies with the company and then then customer is the one that ends up resolving the issue. They have failed to understand the inconvenience caused to the customer and the fact that the order was a next day delivery order which has not arrived as described. They now want me to wait for them to receive the item back and then at that point they will post another one out. They has been no gesture of good will in terms of inconvenience, delivery charge or the fact that I now have to wait longer for the item I ordered. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from this company again in the future and will stick to a well know company that offers me the correct level of customer service.

Really disappointed with Izziwotnot. I ordered the tranquility cot bed at the beginning of July, which was due to be delivered at the beginning of September. At the beginning of September I was informed that it will not be available until the beginning of November. Our nursery is all ready for our baby (which is due any day now) minus the cot, which makes the room look empty! It really has left us in a predicament with it being too late to cancel our order and place one with another company due to delivery lead times. Had we been notified earlier then we could have got a cot bed elsewhere. As compensation we got offered a £3 toy! As it stands, I would not recommend izziwotnot.

Is anyone actually working at this company the last week.....call after call after call and all to voicemail. I ordered my cot in August and have I received it.....no!!!!! I'm 'supposed' to receive it tomorrow but seeing as I have had no communication with confirmation of this I'm very doubtful as the date has changed many times. I have written email after email confirming my reviews about your company will be shocking and addressing my emails to management and at no point has management even contacted me. I will be reporting you further for the shoddy service, lack of communication and lack of product which is £300 odd .....will I receive my item tomorrow or do I have to go the long winded way or getting my money back through other avenues as clearly no one is answering calls or emails. To say I am angry is a understatement the only reason I am fully preventing putting exactly how I really feel is my comments will be see by many people as it is as to the poor service I have received. How a company like you are still functioning is beyond me!!

I would not touch these guys with a barge pole!!

Ordered a three piece set back in the beginning of August and was told two weeks later that there was a delay due to changing supplier from China to England. The furniture was promised to come in at the end of September.

We phoned for a update on delivery a week before the end of September to be told to phone back on Thursday where they would have info on when it was going to be sorted.

We phoned on the Thursday to be told again that there was no update and to phone on Monday.

By that point I have only 5 weeks to the due date and I'm panicking because that's all we are waiting for.

In the end we cancelled the order and went with a set from Mamas and Papas where they came up with a delivery date within the week and it will be here on Friday!

The customer service was terrible and did nothing to make you feel confident about them and their products.

They offered us some wardrobe extra to compensate us for the wait.

I would only order from this company if you order from them after your 12 week scan because you certainly won't get it on time.

They caused me a lot of tears and stress that wasn't needed when I'm so close to my due date.

They forever change their date of delivery on their website also so would watch what they say.

I have been waiting for my sons cot since August. I have never been called or contacted at all to update me on delays. I was finally told it was coming Friday. Big surprise it didn’t turn up!! When I call they do not apologise or seem to care. Now there number doesn’t seem to be connecting. My son is completely grown out of his Moses basket and I just don’t know what to do.

Do not buy from this company! The delivery was fine and a good product but it arrived damaged in May and no one will get back to me, emails, calls, posting on FB. The company is active as posting Facebook posts but won't speak with existing customers.
