An Mobile Rehabilitation service which offers an alternative way of treatment which encourages physical activity modified to suit the individual accompanied by more traditional techniques including Soft Tissue and Manual Therapy.

Recently Qualified Sport Rehabilitation Therapist who has experience working with a range of Individuals ranging from Grass Root Levels to International Athletes in a Range of Sports Including Cycling, Athletics, Rugby and Football. I also have vast experience working within Para-sport with a variety of disabilities and disciplines

Along side working within Sport, I have experience within Clinical environments with individuals who have have active lifestyles who don't part take in sport.

Qualifications;
VCTC Level 3 /4
Taping & Strapping Level 2
CYQ Fitness Instructor Level 2
Trauma Care Level 2
