It was ready made when we bought it but the service was very good and the sofa was delivered when they said it would be. I am now saving up for another sofa in fabric with the matching ottoman. Yes the furniture is relatively expensive - but having had two cheaper sofas and a bad experience with another company, I'd rather pay the extra!
