We’re looking for a coach to add to our coaching team at JMF.
Our gym is predominately a small group personal training gym with a dash of team training. With a growing membership base providing a fantastic experience for our members is absolutely paramount!
... We work with a multitude of people from complete beginners to weekend warriors, and the right candidate will need the skill-sets to cater to this different clientele within the same sessions.
We're not looking for the finished article, just a good person who cares and is great to be around.

Personal training experience would be beneficial, especially in a small-group setting, you'll be trained in the JMF way of doing things.

Remember Mark...................
During Mark's first 30 days with us he'd already made some brilliant progress with his fat loss goals.
2 months on from that and his progress has CONTINUED:
... ✅ Mark's LOST 14.3% of his initial bodyweight - DOWN over 16kg. ✅ Lean mass is UP 5.3% ✅ Lost close to 1 metre across his entire body
His movement has continually improved in training, and his strength continues to increase.
Here's what Mark had to say about his journey in his own words:
"My mindset and condition before joining JMF was basically a non-existent responsibility to my health, body and well-being which resulted in me becoming drastically overweight, totally sluggish as a result of not having any energy reserves and I needed a change that would work and fix me.
The first meeting was very informative and there and then I decided the 30-day trial had to be undertaken and that I would take one step at a time and decide on from there once completed. The chat made me feel like I could change my physical appearance, lose the weight required and tone up but it would also require my dedication to continue the training with a heavy and strict focus on my diet.
My physical results are simply amazing, I look at myself in the mirror and although I haven’t reached my goal, I’ve seen massive change. I have reduced my weight from over 18 stone down to 15.2 stone in 3 months, and I’m starting to tone up which is fantastic.
I make an additional attribute to the programme by walking, taking the stairs and leaving the car at home where ever possible as recommended by James, and I’ve been amazed at the additional help this puts on the weight loss and fitness side, it’s a win all the way.

GOWER POWER 💪
Last week was our testing week where our members test to see what improvements they’ve made on their main lifts.
Despite some injuries over the past few months, Nicola is back in fine form cracking out 6 brilliant reps at 110kg on the back squat 😀

WHAT CAN BE ACHIEVED IN 30 DAYS?
Lisa has just finished her 30 day trial with us, and her results have been fantastic! 😀
Lisa is 57, and has been in a sedentary job for a very long time. Just by making some small changes, consistently Lisa is starting to see some BIG changes.
... As always we use Styku 3D body imaging to record our members progress.
So far Lisa has.......
✅ Lost 28.2cm off all 17 circumference points ✅ Lost 1.3% bodyfat ✅ Lost 7kg body weight
As well as seeing increases in: ⏫ 1.2% lean mass ⏫ 0.1% bone mass

... We've just finished our strength and tempo block and the next 4 weeks training are going to focus on density. Getting as much work as possible done within a given time period.

🏋️‍♀️ 2 YEARS STRONG 💪
Today we said goodbye to Tavia who is moving back to the states 🇺🇸 .
Tavia has been with us 2 years this month.
... Tavia was no stranger to training before she joined JMF and has always been one of our top attendees every month work schedule permitting.
Tavia is and has been a MASSIVE inspiration to our members past and present of what achievements are truly possible in the gym.
So many of our members have been in awe of her strength and abilities, often keeping the guys on their toes in the strength department.
Tavia was one of our first ever members back before we had our own home and have brought many others in to the gym to join in the fun with us.
Thank you for your support over the past two years Tavia.

WHAT CAN BE ACHIEVED IN 30 DAYS?
Claire is back with us and has had the best set of results we've ever had in a 30 day period measured on our Styku. 📊.
Claire results have shown that she has lost:
... ⬇️ Just shy of a stone in body-weight
⬇️ Lost over HALF A METRE off all 21 circumference points our Styku 3D body scanner measures.
⬇️ 2.3% bodyfat
She's much happier within herself and is well on track towards where she wants to get to :).
Styku's 3D imaging shows a significant difference from the side profile shot which are all provided in all progress reports we send to our members.
We've planned how we're going to keep moving forward and Claire where we are to provide her with continued accountability to stay on track.
We nearly forgot to say how ridiculously strong she is in session and we've definitely missed her "occasional" grunting 😂.

After much complaining and deliberation....
Emma has joked with us numerous times about wanted her own Facebook post on our page, and we’ve always said “whatevs Emma!”
Today though, Emma has impressed the hell out of us 😀.
... Not only did Emma back squat 2kg shy of her own bodyweight 6 times lowering down under a 5 second count and holding at the bottom for 2 seconds (not filmed).
Emma also did an amazing job on this single leg back extension which is a ridiculously hard exercise to do and to do well.
This exercise works the hamstrings, glutes and the muscular around the spine, even us coaches can’t demonstrate it due to how tough it really is.
Here’s Emma showing us how it’s done and to be quite frank making it look a bit easy in the process.

Before Jess started with us she was in a really bad place.
She wasn't exercising, she was eating badly by her own omission and her confidence was incredibly low.
... Jess has done the whole "commercial gym" scene, paying to use a gym that she didn't use because for the most part your on your own to fend for yourself.

Weekly Round-Up
We’ve just started our Strength and Tempo block where controlling each exercise to a specific times count has been the aim of the game.
There’s some new exercises and some changes to existing ones to ensure our members get variety in their training.
... Yesterday saw a whole day of social events for members with go karting in the afternoon Red Lodge Karting Ltd where coach JT rinsed everyone by some considerable margin 🏎
Which was then followed by 30 of our members having a meal at Mings Oriental - Bury St Edmunds with drinks and throwing some shapes afterwards.
It was amazing to see so many of our trialists joining us and getting to know our members.
I’m sure there was quite a few sore heads this morning 🥂🍻🍷
Our community really is something special and keeps getting better and better!

Ian joined JMF nearly 18 months ago now and was in a serious rut.
He's a type 2 diabetic and it was escalating to the point of being out of control.
... Ian needed to make a change or he was facing the real possiblility of becoming an insulin dependant diabetic.
Fast forward to now.............
He's lost over well over 2 stone in weight (nearer 3 now)
He's fitter 😅
Stronger 💪
Ian has also recently had his recent blood sugar levels checked and if they hadn't known his previous history, his blood sugar levels now would be considered that of someone who ISN'T a type 2 diabetic!
And the gym has its first official mascot in the form of Ian's dog Izzy 🐶
