Welcome to Jellytots Childcare! We are a mother and daughter team offering fun Ofsted registered childcare in our home.
Sonia (Mother) has previously worked in several nurseries and has worked as a childminder before. She has a great love for children and masses of experience from having 4 children of her own, Lauren aged 22, Amy aged 21, Jayden aged 11 and Teya aged 6.
Amy (Daughter) went to college after finishing school to do a level 3 Children's Care, Learning and Development course which she passed with an overall distinction. The 2 year course required Amy to go on 4 work placements working with children aged 0-8. Over the 2 years Amy worked in 2 nurseries, at a school and with a childminder. After Amy's course was completed that was when we came to the decision that we both loved childminding so why not set up a business together?

We are located in Grange-Over-Sands not far from Grange C of E Primary School. We do drop off and pick up from Grange School daily.
We are open Monday-Friday from 8: 00am-5: 30pm and we offer full time and term time only contracts for children aged 0-5 years.

We plan lots of exciting activities for the children indoors and out such as painting (sometimes with our hands and feet! ), being creative with play-doh, baking, playing with bubbles, role-play, going on scavenger hunts, searching for minibeasts and much, much more!
We also like to go on visits as often as possible. We love going to the pet shop to see the animals, visiting the library to pick out books, going to the duck pond to feed the ducks and visiting our local parks.
