Did you know 75% of people have a job sitting down? This is an alarmingly high percentage given the fact that our bodies are created to move. In our job we often get asked ŌĆ£what is the best sitting position?ŌĆØ And my answer is- your next one. When you feel an ache or discomfort in any part of your body- try to change your position. Stretch out this place for second. Lean on one side, then on other, move forward, then backward. Slouch and then st...retch out your spine. Move your neck, shoulders. Maybe you should change something on your desk? Maybe set up your chair differently? Trust me, there is plenty of possibilities. Change your position as often as you feel you need to. Your body will be grateful ’üŖ And if you donŌĆÖt have any idea how to do it properly or you have pain that doesnŌĆÖt go away- come and ask- there is many places you can find us.
