Jolley Bros. Properties Description
My family has owned land, built houses and garages for 90 years. Originally called Jolley Bros. Builder and Contractors, Wigan, it was the name of Robert Jolley's builders business in the 1920s. Robert Jolley built the majority of the Semi-detatched houses in Wigan as well as some garages!
There was a period of time where houses were sold off, but all garages and one house were kept.
In recent years, the opportunity to restart the company and increase the number of properties and furthermore, expand into student houses in Preston has come about and that is exactly what is happening.
Currently there are 26 garages for £10 per week and 1 large garage at £15 per week.
Two Student houses (one 5 bedroom, one 6 bedroom) in Preston which are available to view online when advertising for new students each year. One is situated in the popular student area of Plungington, Preston, and the other property in a more central location of Broadgate, Preston.
