did the exclusive party for my daughter for her 4th Birthday..... she loved it! Great price and great facilities. Staff were lovely and really helpful. With the exclusive package I was able to invite as many adults as I liked and was great to be able to mingle with family and friends rather than being confined to 1 table as you would be in a larger play area. Thank you for making my daughter so happy!

What better way to review a children's play centre than to ask the children.



We took 14 children aged between 3 - 10 yrs old and they loved it.



"It was awesome" "I loved the slides" "Best fun ever" were just a few of the reviews from the very tired children at the end of their session, we will definately be back.

We had my daughter's 4th birthday party at Jolly Giraffes today, it was great! Totally stress free on my part and the service from the staff was wonderful. The fruit platters were a lovely treat too.

We absolutely love Jolly Giraffes, today we had our daughters 2nd Birthday party here and it was perfect so much for the little ones to do. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help.

Visited today with my 3 year old daughter and it’s so much better than previous (Mischief Makers). It’s had a lick of paint, an extension to the toddler (under 4) area which was much needed and the staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely return.

This is a FAB Play Centre. Formerly called Mischief Makers but now under new management. The food is fab - I had jacket potato with chicken tikka and it was yummy! My little girl loved the play frame cos there's loads to do (three different slide types 😊) but it's not too big that it would be intimidating. I'll definitely be going back as I'm looking forward to seeing the changes the new owners will make. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The staff were really friendly and helpful, nothing compared to the old Mischeif makers, my son had his 4th birthday party today and he loved it, very nice food at a reasonable price. Thanks very much to all staff; specially to Rebecca, she was very attentive, smiling and very kind at all times, shame that I can’t give 6 stars, all the best, keep smiling and keeps the good quality!!..

Thank you to the manager for allowing me to book my son’s birthday party at the very last minute, she was very nice and helpful trying to find a space for us. Today we had the party and it was amazing my son absolutely loved it and all our guests had a wonderful time there, thank you so much to all the staff that made my son’s birthday so special nothing compared to mischief makers where I had so bad experiences in the past and I stopped from going since they were so rude to my children. The improvements in the building are easy to see and I know you’re all working hard to make it even better for the customers a big well done to you all and keep working hard. A massive thank you to Rebecca for the wonderful attention to all of us at the party today she never stopped smiling and asking if we needed anything, great staff and customer service. I can definitely recommend enough this place to take your children to have a play day.

Staff were lovely and friendly, I love the new toddler area with slide now as my little boy is still too young for the bigger part but he gets to enjoy a slide too üòä will definitely be back!

My 2 year old and I had a lovely time at Jolly Giraffes this morning. The staff were friendly and it was reasonably priced at £3. The centre itself was very clean including the toilets (which is a big issue for me especially if I go at opening time). I like how the under 4 section has increased in size as this let's a lot of play centres down. We didn't have food but I saw a jacket potato coming out for someone else that looked yummy. We will return!

Just spent an hour and half there with my three year old, friend, and her three year old. It’s a big improvement over the last time I went there as mischief makers. It looks like it may have had a touch up with paint looking brighter. It was very busy today with what looked like a party but I was still able to order food and drinks, the staff appeared happy and friendly and served fast. Considering how many there were to serve I was impressed. I got a tuna baguette which was fresh and lovely. My little one got a children’s bag with a ham sandwich. This was also fresh. The cakes for charity were delicious! Highly recommend :)

Had my daughter's 6th birthday three days ago. I am extremely happy. The staff was lovely! I always bring my kids here for soft play. Clean, good food and reasonably priced. Hardly ever go to any other play areas at all now.

Brought the children here today and they absolutely loved it, especially the football bit. Will definitely be coming again. Food was great too and staff very friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend!!!!!!

An absolutely brilliant place for kids to play. My first visit today with my partner’s 3yo grandchild & she had a brilliant time. We had lunch and I had one of the best toasted ciabattas I have had for many years. It was the chicken & bacon with cheese added. It came with a generous portion of side salad & tasted so good I didn’t want it to end. A truly fabulous all round place to go.

We had our son's 4th and 5th party here its very welcoming and comfortable place. The staff are friendly and new management has improved facilities.definetely go there again

We arrived today at 2.50 pm with my 10 month old to be rudely told that next time we should arrive earlier as their policy is last entry 45 minutes prior to closing which made no sense as we arrived an hour and 10 minutes prior to closure. We then felt that as we were the only people there the staff were just watching us willing us to leave which we did leave early at 3.30pm. First time we have visited and we will not be returning.

Paid for my daughter a party at this place, received a voucher for a free play as entitled to as a thank you for having a party here.... Gone in today with my little one UNAWARE the centre is closed for a week & been told my voucher will no longer be valid even though I still have TWO days left on my voucher.... How this is MY fault that the center is closed I do not know but Rachels attitude when explaining to her was not the nicest. Won't waste my money on this place anymore & have always been a regular customer for the past 6 years!
