We came today with our 3 children. The service the staff give you is 5 star it's self never mind the activities there is for kids and adults to do! We thoroughly enjoyed it and if you have a young one (under 5) they have a soft play which our 1 year old loved and also don't mind if they are supervised to walk round and watch the older kids. The only problem we had was we weren't there long enough lol the manager there was more than welcoming all in all its safe to safe we will be returning. And are planning on booking our daughters party here to in July. Xxx

This is the best trampoline park in north east staff very friendly and carnt do enough for you the party rooms are fab and a good size plenty of things to do and staff join in with you well worth a visit gets my vote everytime x

The staff are really friendly, the jump areas are well-maintained and there’s so much to do! I’ll definitely be back again.

So much better than jump arena staff friendlier. You guys need to ramp up the advertising to bring more people through door cos it’s a brilliant place will defo be back

Great visit today, fabulous offer for £1 in each so we went for 2 hour sessions. The staff were brilliant, always attentive and chatty when need be with the kids, helpful with techniques for jumping and laughed along with the kids at my poor attempt to get out of the foam pit! Kids said it was the best trampoline park they’d been to yet and wanted to go back. It was quiet when we went but perfect for us, we’ll definitely be back!!

Fab staff very helpful and friendly. Trampoline Park is amazing so much to do. Everywhere is clean and tidy. Well worth the money will definitely be back

Brill afternoon here today. Staff were great and very helpful and friendly. Loads for the kids, they were so excited. We came with our 5 year old and 13 year old and they both loved. Very quiet at the mo and I only knew about it due to word of mouth from a recent employee. More advertising needed.



The only thing I wasn’t keen on is charging the spectators £3 each but for how much the kids enjoyed it I soon got over it.

Absolutely fantastic place. Great for kids and adults of all abilities... Loved the idea of support sessions for LD and autistic kids.. Will defo be back and have recommended to a friend who's works with LD during the summer holidays...

Only downside, it's a bit expensive for food and drink... xx

Staff were absolutely fantastic, so nice and accommodating to my autistic son, drinks I thought were very expensive, will be returning just probs not buy the drinks available, £2.50 for a bottle of pop 🙈

Went to jump giants for the first time today and for all it is clean and facilities look really good is was disappointed in the ninja warrior run as the kids had to be 1.3 metres tall but even at this height there was no way they could complete this as it looks to me it is made for adults ! And also no one told us we had to do dodgem cars in with our allocated time slot so we were going to do them after kids had jumped only to be told they weren’t allowed because there time was up another disappointment for the kids ! We have been to a lot of different trampoline parks and this is definitely the most expensive !

Everything is brand new and super clean which is great. There’s more to do than a typical trampoline park.



However, it’s pretty pricey too. It’s £11 in each child, you have to buy their own brand socks at £2 each, and each spectator has to pay £3 (you do get a voucher for cafe for same value) and the cafe is fairly expensive (£2.50 for a bottle of pop). So really was £16 per child which is pricey for trampolining for an hour.



The staff were great, however seemed a bit OTT at times. There were only 6 children jumping in the whole park (which is huge) and he wouldn’t let my 5 year old Son jump from trampolines left to right, as rules state you have to stay in a single lane and only go front to back. I can understand if it was busy, but it was absolutely dead.



Probably because it was so quiet, staff followed the kids everywhere. Everywhere they went they had a member of staff behind them at all times, they were friendly, but my 8 year old Daughter did comment that the man kept following her!



Kids enjoyed it, but not sure if we’d hurry to go back. Jump 360 has similar facilities with a better atmosphere in my opinion with music etc and actually not as expensive.

Normally a good place to be but my niece lost her glasses in the foam pit last night and they’ve told her it can take 7-9 weeks before she gets them back because they don’t clean the foam pit that often so basically anyone could break her glasses or in fact jump on the glasses and get glass in their foot sounds pretty wrong to me!

Health and safety gone overboard! Took our own trampolining socks and told only the Jump Giants socks can be worn as other socks are not covered for their insurance so had to purchase socks. Parents get charged entry fee too even if you are just sitting in the cafe and not using any jump facilities. Various other issues; wouldn't go back.
