We went to their as a hen party and had a fabulous time the staff there were very friendly and couldn’t help us enough � more than happy to take photos for us and our bride to be even got a free bottle of bubbly .... definitely reccomend and will return if ever back in Southport xx
We visited yesterday for the first time and both my girls (9&7) loved it, very friendly, helpful staff who made our first visit great. Stayed after our hour for some lunch and the food was great and reasonably priced, will definitely be coming back x
We took our little girl and a few of her friends there for her 7th birthday yesterday. We did not book it as a birthday package but just booked for the kids and when we went there we pre order the food that we wanted so that it was ready by the time they came out of the disco. We did call to reserve a table as we knew on a Friday it gets pretty busy ( disco nights is pretty awesome for 6/11 years olds). The staff, from the people getting everyone registered and getting the payments at the front desk to the guys in the kitchen, were absolutely great! Friendly polite very professional, even if you think some of them are very young. We had pizzas nuggets and chips ( nice portions for the price) and everything was cooked great, and I would know since I m a chef and would be the first to complain about it.. Will definitely go back as my kid Love it there
We had our son’s 8th birthday party here over May half term and what a fantastic experience. We love jump warehouse anyway but the party was amazing. Thank you so much � xx
We had our son’s 6th birthday party here this morning and it was brilliant! Kids had a blast, the staff were brilliant, everyone was so helpful and lovely! Fabulous place for a birthday party! Thank you Jump Warehouse and all the brilliant staff who make this place what it is!

We had a brilliant party today for my son Isaac’s 6th birthday. All our guests had a great time and everything ran smoothly!! The food was spot on,,, hot, quick and great quality!! Even enough for us parents!! � � Management were superb and all staff, especially our party host Shannon was great!! Definitely recommend!! � thanks again x
Took my little girl to a party yesterday, staff all very pleasant and helpful, and my little girl loved jumping around, was soon hungry and ready for party food fab place keeps your kids entertained and happy that's all we want for them and of course most importantly safe xxxx we will be back this is my second visit thanks again all at jump Warehouse 😘
Thank you for a great afternoon kids had lots of fun. Had a grumpy girl all the way home because she didn't want to leave haha. Great service too wasn't the first time we had been and it won't be the last.
Recently we went to one of the toddler sessions. We missed the session we booked on to due to illness and they switched the date for us. My 4 year old loved it and so did I. The staff were fantastic - really helpful and friendly. It was also spotlessly clean. I can't recommend it enough and we can't wait to come back.
My Daughter had her party here Yesterday and it was great. Extremely helpful staff, they took care of everything. The party room was great and most of all my daughter really enjoyed herself! �
I took my daughter and her friends to jump warehouse for her 11th birthday, they all had a wonderful time and it was perfect.
The staff are all lovely and could not do enough for us. One lady even took time to get a play piano mat out for our baby and a high chair, nothing was too much.
The atmosphere was nice and the food was great and brilliant value. We will definitely be back.

As well as coming a number of times with my own boys, we took over 20 of our youth club teenagers tonight after a very successful trip there with nearly 30 of them at Christmas time. The staff here are fab- friendly, helpful and so accommodating, both at the time of booking and also on the nights we have attended.
Thank you for looking after us so well and we will look forward to many more trips on future occasions!
A huge thank you to all the staff who helped make Charlie’s party so good! So much so his brother wants his there in the summer �

Your experience very much depends on who is on reception. Been 4 times - twice the staff have gone out of their way and couldn’t be more helpful. Twice they’ve been quite rude and unhelpful. So you take your chance when you go! Generally it’s not overly busy so children get a good experience. My son enjoys his times here.
We went last minute yesterday as part of sons 7th birthday treat. The jumpers of the group really enjoyed themselves and were quite sweaty when they finished (and slept well last night) Me and my partner ordered burger and chips, and bacon & sausage on toast. I think due to there being a party there we were waiting a lot longer than we expected and to be honest the food was over cooked and the bread seemed really tough. That was the only downside to our visit. It wouldn't put me off recommending or going back, just think it was a busy time of day!
Not enough tables and chairs in the viewing area. People wandering around aimlessly looking for a table. Long queues at the counter for refreshments as only one person doing everything. I have been to several trampoline places and my children have been allowed on with trampoline socks, regardless of where they’ve been purchased. Not here though! They were ordered off the trampolines as not wearing their brand of socks!! The reason was insurance purposes. The socks they had on were perfectly adequate and had plenty of grips. Not an enjoyable first experience at all.
