Vespa GTS300ie
Dyno graphs before and after mapping......following on from yesterday I carried out a remap of the ECU tables, ignition, fuelling etc and have come up with these results so far
Power run 3 is the stock machine as received.... Power run 30 is with the remap and no mods done. Power run 34 is with airbox lid removed...i wanted to see how restrictive it is......it is! I believe if I got the fuelling corrected for this state I would poss see nearly 20hp rear wheel.
The next restriction on this engine is the cylinder head it needs bigger valves and more compression.

Yamaha MT10 17 model ECU postal flash.
Just received this feedback from one of my customers in Sweden after he re installed his ECU back on his bike.....
"Got the ecu back today m8, would just like to say that this was worth every penny! The throttle is so smooth, and everything just worked so good. The midrange is so much more powerful but yet so balanced,its ridiculously easy! I can tell that this is how Yamaha would have wanted the bike to be, if it was amazing before, its... a big leap up now after you unleashed it! Have just tried a couple of full throttle runs..its scares me a bit..although in a pleasant way😁 its a total different animal now but yet controllable. Thanx again Andy! You really made my day. Suzuki GSXR1000K8 ECU Remap
Todays little mapping job turned out really well...massively restricted on ignition timing maps...not anymore though! :)
Showing 15,20,30,40 and 100% Throttle roll on tests before and after mapping,,,big improvements at smaller throttle openings making the bike much torquier and giving better fuel economy.... Small improvement up top all worthwhile.

Yamaha MT07 2018 Model ECU Remap
As rec stock bike and after with DNA Stage 2 and Akrapovic full system.
Mapped this badboy after my customer had fitted DNA Stage 2 Filter kit and Akrapovic full system.
... Several days of testing and riding his bike he has submitted the following report....... "Hi Andy,
Apologies for not writing this up sooner, have been too busy enjoying the bike and just working haha.
The first thing I noticed on the way home is how reigned in the engine braking is. It is exactly how it should be! Still slows down, but doesn't jerk me forward. I was stuck on 50mph M6 with a car 10 feet in front and 10 feet behind. Couldn't do much. When I pulled into the services to stretch my legs I was awestruck. Did not need to use the clutch at all at low speeds. Slow throttle roll on and roll off would yield exactly the results I wanted! So smooth. Damn I love it. Can't get enough of how easy slow control through the car park was. Filtering is now amazing.
Now lets get to the reason why I am writing this email. I fully opened it up on a straight empty road last night. Oh my god it is INSANE. There is such a huge difference, it revs for so much longer for some reason. I.e. it carries on pulling hard so much later into the rev range. Hit 100 so damn quickly. And in general it is just so much better in any gear now. Cruises a lot smoother as well. Can do 30 in 4th, very easily, the engine doesn't struggle one bit! Commuting is now a piece of cake if I have to cruise for long periods of time.
It just pulls. So so hard. Huge difference at full throttle!
I will get in touch about the Woolich race tools set up in a few weeks when things calm down at work haha and I have spare time. Next step might be a turbo haha, so I will definitely come by to you for another remap if that is the case. Going to see how the Extreme Creations lads in Australia do long term with the turbo, want to know if the engine can handle a few PSI in the long term without any harm.
Roundabouts are much better as well, no need to clutch constantly, gentle roll on and off is plenty enough to safely get around. It feels exactly how I imagine a ride by wire throttle to be haha.

Honda VTR1000F Lots of mods, fuelling required sorting.
Had this bike in a few weeks ago and after a thorough testing my customer has left this feedback....."Great experience with Andy. He knows Firestorms inside out, it would seem and definitely got the best out of mine.
My bike is somewhat modified over stock and had fuelling issues on part throttle openings as well as WOT.
... Now it's spot-on and pulling like a train".

Kawasaki Z900RS ECU Remap and Delkevic Exhaust.
Customers review after collecting his bike and having a ride. :)
Took my Kawasaki Z900RS over to Andy at JUNCTION 33 DEVELOPMENTS for a base run on the dyno, the fitting of a full Delkevic system and a remap....Like many other modern bikes, the Z900RS suffers from poor fueling, causing the throttle to be very jerky and abrupt, like an on/off switch..which makes the bike difficult to ride particularly in the lower gears when roll...ing the throttle on and off...SO Andy then worked his magic....and JEEZ, what a difference !! Loads more power and torque EVERYWHERE.... but the main difference is WOW the throttle is now so butter smooth..right from setting off in first gear,and through all gears and all speeds! I can now accelerate in first gear, shut the throttle,open up again and its like SILK ! No flat spots anywhere and no pops n crackles on the over run.The bike is SO MUCH easier to ride.....I now love this bike. Thanks again Andy, you're a star !

The rev limiter has been removed in 5th and 6th gear and set to 10,000 rpm.... O2 sensor, Fuel Cut and AIS valve have been deleted.
Fuel tables, Ignition tables and Secondary TP remapped.

Suzuki gsxs1000 2017 : it is a good bike standard although the euro emissions held it back . Trip down from Scotland to visit Andy . Superb results - bike now set up the the way it should have left the suzuki factory . Out off all the mods done on my bike this has produced the maximum effect for minimum dollar . One example is mid corner changing throttle is now safe and smooth . Thank you Andy for a great end result �

Iv used Junction 33 for both power commander, Woolich and carb setup over the last 9 yrs and this guy master classes them all! iv not had one bike back were the difference hasn't been night and day�

I looked at various places to have my MT10 flashed and Andy at Juns 33 came out on top for me.

I made a 320 mile round trip to use Junc33 .

I rode the bike the other day for the first time after the flash and custom map and i must say it has transformed the bike, i now get the performance from the bike i ask for from the throttle and so smooth.

This is time and money well spent.

Have left it till now until I posted a review, wanted to get some decent mileage on my bike. Had a remap last year by post, just popped my ECU in the post to Andy and is was back with me special delivery in 2 days! Amazing service!

The bike feels far more settled now, No more lurchy throttle, it definelty runs smoother, has more power but is easier to manage, Thanks Andy!

Had the pleasure of spending a few hours with Andy, the owner and purveyor of the finest tuning company I have used. Ride there was what I was used to, few flat spots, hunting (de-cat & Akra pipe) and in desperate need of some care and attention. Ride home was with a completely different animal, responsive, eager and smooth all the way through the rev range. Just awesome. This is the MT10, Yamaha should have made. Anyway, all my tuning needs will now be undertaken by Andy at J33. Makes a mean cuppa too �

Could not be more happy if I tried with the work ANDREW did, he transformed the bike from a hairdryer to a monster...



He’s attention to detail and knowledge are second non....



Anyone needing this kind of work done should see Junction 33 with out a shadow of a doubt.

Had my Diavel done last Saturday, Andy has done a great job!! Completely different bike now!! Don't get me wrong the Diavel had plenty of grunt before, but low down the rev range at 30-40mph she run very lumpy and was a bit of a handful... Not any more, I can easily cruise through a 30 zone in 4th / 5th gear, and will pull away from 20mph now smooth as silk in 4th!! Yes 4th, previously I had to use 2nd or sometimes 1st in slow moving traffic to stop the Jerkiness!! ... Pulls away so smooth now that I no longer have to concentrate on been gentle with the throttle!.. So much so that I now find myself in higher gears all the time, due to the extra smooth grunt! The beast has been tamed !! :0) ...

And no longer any delay or cough on the throttle, just twist and she pulls away so smoothly it's hard to think its the same bike!!!

Had the largest grin this weekend just like the day I picked her up!!

How the Diavel should have left the showroom!, just wish I had it done 3 years ago when I bought her!!

Took my Gen 1 Hayabusa to have its brains straightened out, was an amazing service. The Jedi master worked his magic and sorted out a niggle with my exhaust too (massive thank you).

My bike had developed a fault so it couldn't be run to full power (fixed now and WOW what a difference), I will be coming back for a power run :D

Andy tuned my 2017 Fireblade SP a couple of weeks ago and although I’d had a few bimbles about, the sun was shining yesterday on my day off so I finally got to ride my bike properly and experience what Andy has achieved. The results are absolutely amazing, I loved the bike before, but it is now in my opinion the bike that Honda should have rolled off their production line!! Low and mid range power gains have transformed the bike. The power delivery is smooth as silk all the way through the Rev range. Speaking of power, it feels like it is endless! If you are looking to have your bike tuned then you HAVE to go to Junction 33 Developments. Not only does Andy know his craft inside and out, he makes a decent brew as well. Stop thinking about getting it done and ring Andy. Now!

After having a few bikes in with Andy at junction 33 I can clearly see the pride he has in any work carried out treating any motorcycles worked on as if they were his own always striving for perfection offering no nonsense real world advice.



He is most definitely not out to ‘take your money’ where other companies out there would be happy to, but instead he looks at the best option for the motorcycle, rider and the application it is used for.



The results he achieved with a full custom remap on my CBR600RR race bike were absolutely unbelievable, giving the bike linear, smooth, useable power on the track throughout the curve rather than chasing peak bhp figures.



Since then I have power runs on my Fireblade race bike more for diagnostic purposes than anything but Andy has still been on hand to overlay the results from my bike over one he has done of a similar spec even though this bike had been mapped by another company before I bought it offering advice that it was there or there abouts spot on and further mapping was not necessary.



I would (and have) recommend anyone to take there bike in to see Andy and after seeing that he is expanding his workshop to have a fabrication department in house this really will be a one stop, ride in - ride out performance centre.



I was stunned by the attention to detail carried out on a full custom supercharged bike Andy had built for a customer that was in when I visited, coming from a mechanical background myself I was absolutely amazed at the lengths he had gone too to make this set up look good enough to be factory fitted.



Don’t even think about it, speak to Andy for the best for your bike �

ANDY reworked the fuelling on my gsxs1000 ,transforming power delivery and filling the void of power at low , mid ,and 75 % throttle openings . Bike had had been decatted at Asbo Exhausts prior to a visit to Junction 33 , I am very happy with the results , big gains ! And a guy who really knows his tech. Highly recommended .

Pick my bike up again today all I have to say is wow..��... what a difference my bike is now it came to Junction 33 Developments with a few issues running very lean and many flat spots I rode the bike now it feels like a brand new bike with plenty of pull and power and very smooth running... this is the 2nd time I have used this place now and both times I've been extremely happy with the level of service and results at unbeatable prices... I would recommend this place highly so if you have any issues or just want a power run just contact Andy and I'm quite sure he will be able to help you out... ��

Iv used Junction 33 for both power commander, Woolich and carb setup over the last 9 yrs and this guy master classes them all! iv not had one bike back were the difference hasn't been night and day�

I looked at various places to have my MT10 flashed and Andy at Juns 33 came out on top for me.

I made a 320 mile round trip to use Junc33 .

I rode the bike the other day for the first time after the flash and custom map and i must say it has transformed the bike, i now get the performance from the bike i ask for from the throttle and so smooth.

This is time and money well spent.

Have left it till now until I posted a review, wanted to get some decent mileage on my bike. Had a remap last year by post, just popped my ECU in the post to Andy and is was back with me special delivery in 2 days! Amazing service!

The bike feels far more settled now, No more lurchy throttle, it definelty runs smoother, has more power but is easier to manage, Thanks Andy!

Had the pleasure of spending a few hours with Andy, the owner and purveyor of the finest tuning company I have used. Ride there was what I was used to, few flat spots, hunting (de-cat & Akra pipe) and in desperate need of some care and attention. Ride home was with a completely different animal, responsive, eager and smooth all the way through the rev range. Just awesome. This is the MT10, Yamaha should have made. Anyway, all my tuning needs will now be undertaken by Andy at J33. Makes a mean cuppa too �

Had my mt10 mapped by Andy at jct33 dyno yesterday, it is like a different bike so much smoother no more snatchy throttle in b mode and goes like #@@#.

Andy lets you watch and explains what changes he is doing and talks you through the whole process, if your thinking of getting your mt10 remapped give Andy a call you won't be dissapointed

Had my brand new MT07 in for remap , new exhaust and air filter.

Could not be more happy if I tried with the work ANDREW did, he transformed the bike from a hairdryer to a monster...



He’s attention to detail and knowledge are second non....



Anyone needing this kind of work done should see Junction 33 with out a shadow of a doubt.

Had my Diavel done last Saturday, Andy has done a great job!! Completely different bike now!! Don't get me wrong the Diavel had plenty of grunt before, but low down the rev range at 30-40mph she run very lumpy and was a bit of a handful... Not any more, I can easily cruise through a 30 zone in 4th / 5th gear, and will pull away from 20mph now smooth as silk in 4th!! Yes 4th, previously I had to use 2nd or sometimes 1st in slow moving traffic to stop the Jerkiness!! ... Pulls away so smooth now that I no longer have to concentrate on been gentle with the throttle!.. So much so that I now find myself in higher gears all the time, due to the extra smooth grunt! The beast has been tamed !! :0) ...

And no longer any delay or cough on the throttle, just twist and she pulls away so smoothly it's hard to think its the same bike!!!

Had the largest grin this weekend just like the day I picked her up!!

How the Diavel should have left the showroom!, just wish I had it done 3 years ago when I bought her!!

First ride out of the year, and first proper go since Andy at Junction 33 Developments has worked his magic on the dyno, remapping the ECU. WHAT an Amazing difference!

It’s like a totally different bike, better in every way. More power, torque, smoother delivery, and way better on the fuel too. Can’t recommend doing this enough, it’s more than worth it �

Took my Gen 1 Hayabusa to have its brains straightened out, was an amazing service. The Jedi master worked his magic and sorted out a niggle with my exhaust too (massive thank you).

My bike had developed a fault so it couldn't be run to full power (fixed now and WOW what a difference), I will be coming back for a power run :D

Andy tuned my 2017 Fireblade SP a couple of weeks ago and although I’d had a few bimbles about, the sun was shining yesterday on my day off so I finally got to ride my bike properly and experience what Andy has achieved. The results are absolutely amazing, I loved the bike before, but it is now in my opinion the bike that Honda should have rolled off their production line!! Low and mid range power gains have transformed the bike. The power delivery is smooth as silk all the way through the Rev range. Speaking of power, it feels like it is endless! If you are looking to have your bike tuned then you HAVE to go to Junction 33 Developments. Not only does Andy know his craft inside and out, he makes a decent brew as well. Stop thinking about getting it done and ring Andy. Now!

Andy took my MT10SP in and did a full custom Ecu flash on dyno and installed Woolich Race tools - really great service and transformed the bike, smooth with more usable power. Highly recommend

After having a few bikes in with Andy at junction 33 I can clearly see the pride he has in any work carried out treating any motorcycles worked on as if they were his own always striving for perfection offering no nonsense real world advice.



He is most definitely not out to ‘take your money’ where other companies out there would be happy to, but instead he looks at the best option for the motorcycle, rider and the application it is used for.



The results he achieved with a full custom remap on my CBR600RR race bike were absolutely unbelievable, giving the bike linear, smooth, useable power on the track throughout the curve rather than chasing peak bhp figures.



Since then I have power runs on my Fireblade race bike more for diagnostic purposes than anything but Andy has still been on hand to overlay the results from my bike over one he has done of a similar spec even though this bike had been mapped by another company before I bought it offering advice that it was there or there abouts spot on and further mapping was not necessary.



I would (and have) recommend anyone to take there bike in to see Andy and after seeing that he is expanding his workshop to have a fabrication department in house this really will be a one stop, ride in - ride out performance centre.



I was stunned by the attention to detail carried out on a full custom supercharged bike Andy had built for a customer that was in when I visited, coming from a mechanical background myself I was absolutely amazed at the lengths he had gone too to make this set up look good enough to be factory fitted.

ANDY reworked the fuelling on my gsxs1000 ,transforming power delivery and filling the void of power at low , mid ,and 75 % throttle openings . Bike had had been decatted at Asbo Exhausts prior to a visit to Junction 33 , I am very happy with the results , big gains ! And a guy who really knows his tech. Highly recommended .
