Excellent service!! Called at really short notice to get some flowers delivered today, then needed to change to see if could be delivered before noon. The flowers were delivered within 2 hours and are beautiful! Thank you so much, you've made our friend very happy!

Beautiful flowers bought for my mum, staff very friendly and approachable.

After eFlorist told me at 2pm today they couldn't deliver a bouquet of flowers , that I ordered yesterday to be delivered today at my fiancee's work, until tomorrow, I cancelled the order and called June Florist, 90 minutes later they had a lovely bouquet delivered, great service and will always use them from now on. Lesson learned!! Thank you :)

I wasn't pleased with flowers dying so quickly which were bought to cheer me up for what would have been my Golden Wedding had my husband not passed away. They were beautiful when my son brought them Saturday lunchtime but by Monday roses dead which I took back and they replaced next were the carnations and lilies on Wednesday which they asked me to bring back again but I couldn't get back into town so ended up with very expensive greenery and 2 orange flowers.

Beautiful shop, but felt very unwelcomed by one of the staff members was very rude when I asked her a simple question about watering orchids! And she did not even smilie!! Very bad customer service for indeed!!

After my telephone complaint with head office Lord st being dealt with in a very professional manner it's a shame to say the lady I dealt with in the birkdale branch when I took my half dead expensive bouquet back (after 3 days) to get a replacement was the most rudest person I have ever met. I certainly will not recommend birkdale branch and will not use them again. Very unimpressed customer. Sorry.

Misleading pictures on their website, flowers that i ordered did not look like they did on the pic. Very rude woman who works there , Will not return.
