What an amazing stay we had here last week for four days! Room was lovely fresh and clean and the view over the docks and the wheel was fantastic. Breakfast was lovely everything you could possibly think of was on offer. All staff were very friendly and house maids did a great job. Thank you for a lovely stay. Only down side was the parking £45 in the nearest car park as the hotels car park burnt down New Years Eve.

User

We just love The Jury Inn on The Dock. It is fabulously situated to access all the close amenities in Liverpool and close to fabulous bars and restaurants. The staff are lovely and friendly and the bar always has a buzzing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast provides an excellent choice of hot and cold food and very plentiful. If you are looking for and exceptional nights sleep in a comfy bed, a hotel close to all amenities and surrounded by good quality restaurants and bars and provides a great breakfast we would definitely recommend The Jury Inn. Great hotel at a great price.

We held a last minute family gathering for a birthday party. They were so patient and tho we offered to clean up the dining area we trashed they wouldn't hear of it. They busied about making tidy the chaos we created. So kind and accommodating. We could not have asked for better. Staying at the hotel we have been so very spoiled by all the good things they've provided.

User

We enjoyed our one nite break here. Lovely hotel, modern. Nicely furnished room and great breakfast buffet. Can’t recommend it highly enough if you’re going to a concert at the Echo Arena like we did...so handy!! Right next door to Albert Dock and opp Liverpool One. I’d definitely go back

User

This is an amazing hotel with an amazing location. From my room, I can see the Albert Dock and every tourist attraction is in walking distance. The beds are so comfy! Almost didn’t want to get up and see the city. Breakfast is very good as well. So much to choose from. And then the staff: so hospitable. They helped me choosing from all the things to do around the city on the first day. Thank you!

User

The suite was clean shower and bathroom pristine view over the river and liverpool lovely and sky TV in the living room and bed room the bed was comfy and the staff helpful overall Excellent we will stay there again

User

Stayed in here on Friday night, reception staff were very friendly and helpful and room was very clean and looked lovely. The only issue I had was that our floor smelled like weed, someone was obviously smoking in their room and it stunk out the whole of the corridor. Cannot fault any of the staff or the services though

User

Fabulous check in experience, lovely fresh room with views of the Mersey, spacious reception, nice bar area with outdoor seating and a great breakfast this morning...fantastic location to visit the Echo Arena and the Albert Dock. Car park £20 for 24 hours and very secure. We will return.

User

Could not of picked a better location a stones throw away from the Echo Arena and Albert Docs.

Lovely clean rooms and friendly staff.

Breakfast was top class.

My only criticism was having food after the event was not good enough.

Reception told me to order at the bar, then bar man was told no food being served but could have it in the room. Clearly could do with more staff and clearer times for food as they weren’t even busy.

Ended up getting from pizza express and the manager there did us a favour as they had stopped taking orders.

User

Stayed here for two nights at the weekend for running in the Liverpool Rock n Roll running event. Lovely location and clean, modern facilities. Bed was very comfortable and also got restful nights’ sleep which you maybe wouldn’t expect in other Liverpool hotels at weekends. We were lucky to get an early check in and the 12pm check out was great (many other hotels are 11am). The only downside was that they couldn’t facilitate an extra half hour in the room for me to shower after running a half marathon, but as many runners were staying here I guess they couldn’t facilitate everyone. Buffet breakfast was included in the price and although I was limited in what I could take due to running both mornings there were plenty of healthy choices and my other half’s fry up looked lovely too! Would stay definitely stay here again.

User

Our experience at the Jury Inn was excellent. The location exceptional and we were able to explore the King and Albert Dock areas on foot! The hotel reception staff were also very competent in sorting disabled parking next door for our car as my mother is wheel chair bound and a blue badge holder. This prevented a lot of stress! The room was clean and comfortable. We were not able to get a disabled accessible bathroom but we coped.

Overall would recommend based on our experience and the location close to the waterfront. Hotel wheelchair accessibility from both sides of the hotel good and lifts available in the hotel. Did not use the restaurant for dinner only breakfast.

User

Room great, close to city on the old docks, but can’t give more than 3 stars. Arriving by car is unsatisfactory. Where we come from, hotels have somewhere to park - not this hotel. Staff seemed unaware that the closest car park was closed, we had to park 350 metres away after unloading luggage illlegally parked (the 15 minute drop off zone was full and not enforced). The car park is open air and requires feeding coins or downloading an app. The app let us pay by card, then refused access to let us extend the time.

The hotel policy of no unsupervised children in elevators was not enforced. There were a lot of children there for a dance event nearby - riding lifts seems a popular sport.

The desk staff neglected to inform us that breakfast coupons were available - we found out when charged about 15% extra for breakfast.

User

Only went in for drinks before an arena event and was shocked to find only 2 bar staff with 3 or 4 deep at the bar .... the poor barman looked highly stressed ... once served the bar area is lovely, bright and airy and very tasteful.

User

Great location. Lunch was really nice. Costa coffee. We won the room for free so no complaints but I understand the room would have cost £320. No way would I pay that (room 457) suite. View fantastic. Televisions did not work or hair dryer. On 4th floor. Loved the smell of weed down corridor high as a kite by time we got to our door!! Breakfast was ok. Staff very friendly. Over all not too bad but would have been well overpriced if we had paid. Would I stay again! Yes if cheap enough.

User

We have just got back from a 2 night stay. It’s the 3rd time we stayed and have to say the worst. We paid a lot for the executive room as we usually do, the room we were given was right outside the lifts on the 6th floor and the bedding was dirty in places and the bathroom walls around the toilet were filthy. We asked to change rooms and in fairness got moved very quickly and the next room was fine. The breakfast was a waste, admittedly very busy but no food left, dirty tables and the plates have been reduced to the size of side plates not dinner plates. I feel since our last visit in August it has gone down hill and unfortunately we have booked a different hotel for our next visit.

User

After booking in November and still having confirmation emails.. rang to see about an early check-in to be told I didn't have a room.

A 2 hour drive to get there an have to wait 40 mins to check in... had a wedding to go to and arrive in plenty of time to get ready, no such luck!! On finally getting to the desk I was told I didn't have a room!! They had checked someone else into our room, at this time I had 10 mins to get ready for the wedding.. needless to say, I was fuming and overly stressed.

Other points....Over priced breakfast, really slow service at the bar and the staff didn't smile once.

On a good note.. the staff on reception where very pleasant and helpful(after the initial cockup), the hotel and rooms where lovely and very clean and the location is fab. Like the idea of a Costa coffee in the morning too... all hotels need this!

User

Went to check in at 2.15pm to be told room not ready due to lots of early check ins because of football match (which we were attending). Advised to leave luggage and come back later after football game! Husband went to check in 3 mins later and was given room key with no problem. Got to room and undressed to freshen up...next thing some strange man and his son opens our door and strolls in advising we are in their room, they were also just checked in with our room! Rand reception about the problem with no reply. Bo loo roll in reception toilets. Rare chance of a Monday morning lie in with cleaners attempting 3 times from 8.30am to come in room to see if we were ready to check out. Never again!!!

User

Was having my wedding hear... all was fine till I tried to book a second wedding view to finalise things. I was talking to a

Member of staff all the way up-to making a time I heard nothing after that. They tried to say there had been confusion but no one replied at all not even to tell me they had booked time out but neglected to let me know. I was then passed to someone else who messaged the same excuse to me. I replied straight away and still no reply a day later. My first viewing the guy was over an hour late and told us he forgot as it was a Sunday. To say we are disappointed and angry is an understatement with the way we have been dealt with safe to say we will not be leaving our wedding in there hands

User

Only sampled the lobby bar/restaurant - didn’t stay at the hotel. Service was abysmal, disjointed and snail pace slow. Had to wait 30 mins for only half the food order, which was put down by the waitress to a mix up of the order in the kitchen. The waitress was rude and abrupt. Despite requesting and finally getting a refund, we will not be returning.
