TEAMS ASSEMBLE! The Kaboodle gang had a great time at Crystal Maze on Friday. Fine effort from everyone. "Tim's Late" won with 177 points. They knocked "Crystal Baes", who scored an impressive 155, down the leader board from 5th to 9th place. This was unexpected given their confidence had been shaken by Tim's delay to the start line. Initially encountered difficulty with their booking system but was resolved quickly and professionally by the Kaboodle team. Big thanks to Noel who was made aware of the issue and reached out with a solution. Would have no problem using Kaboodle again.

Was in the queue to buy 2 tickets, had all my details and payment information filled in. Only to be kicked out of the site.



Their service was atrocious and left a sour taste in many people's mouth.



I don't know how they managed to get the rights to sell the tickets, but all they managed to prove is that they have an awful service and product. If any other events use this service to sell their tickets, I will simply not buy them.



This is 2018, there is no excuse for this bad of a service.

Waited for three hours to buy tickets for Bicep on their site in a queue of over 1000 people. When I got to the ticket page it says there were none available. Out of interest I realised I could rejoin the queue, at which point there was over 2000 people on the site waiting for tickets that are actually sold out! You need to update your website so it tells people they've sold out, otherwise they're just going to be excited for a ticket that's never going to come, and waste their time trying to get one. Bad for event organisers. Just don't use. I strongly advise you check out the discussion page on the Bicep facebook event and then you'll see just how bad the user experience is.
