After a massive carb overload on Saturday eve πΏ π¬ .. I needed an explosive and heart racing workout - so this is what happened Sunday ππΌββοΈ
15 x KettleBell swings 15 x Squat Thrusters 15 x Bent over Row
... 8 ROUNDS π₯
Followed by front squat and clean & press combo for 10mins! ππΌ
My stomach can be so sensitive to carbs and it used to get in the way but now I use it as motivation to push me harder in my workout as it wonβt last forever!
