After a massive carb overload on Saturday eve 🍿 🍬 .. I needed an explosive and heart racing workout - so this is what happened Sunday πŸ’πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ
15 x KettleBell swings 15 x Squat Thrusters 15 x Bent over Row

Followed by front squat and clean & press combo for 10mins! πŸ™ŒπŸΌ
My stomach can be so sensitive to carbs and it used to get in the way but now I use it as motivation to push me harder in my workout as it won’t last forever!
