amazing service with a smile these guys are so nice and polite very welcoming not one member of staff did I see that was miserable they all had a smile laughing and joking with us and the desserts were amazing the atmosphere was brilliant the manager az and omar are lovely they looked after us well thank you guys for the lovely service will be back soon one of the best dessert places I have been to after ages goner be one of my regular ones #TEAM KASPAS �

This place � clean - spacious - good for children- fab as a midday treat - or a scrummy evening heavenly dessert.

We were Introduced to the Blackburn branch and would drive 45 minutes to get there after we went once. Lovely staff and massive variety. Literally something for everyone. Nib @Niblar and Bobby shared their love for kaspa's with us and now we're sharing it with you.

Really friendly staff. Seated immediately and given menus. Went to place order and served straight away and was very helpful. Didn’t have to wait long for our order to come to the table and it was so tasty. Would definitely recommend this to any dessert lovers around the area.

I went with family very beautiful set up .very good environment.lovely desserts and staff is very friendly and polite. we had a lovely time.definitely recommend for everyone.

Have to say been here few times with friends & family and always get the best service ever ,the staff is very friendly and are well trained , the best waffles ever! Definitely will be be back & recommend it to others. Keep it up guys

Great little find! We was originally going to Cube but the card machine didnt work so we ended up at Kaspas and I'm glad we did! Purchased 2 waffles and a skittles milkshake to take away, quick service and lovely staff members talking to us as we waited.

The inside seating area looks lovely aswell, I will definetly be returning with my kids, they are going to love it!

Great atmosphere with lots of families enjoying a Sunday night out. Staff were very welcoming and the display of desserts great. Once we had ordered desserts arrived quickly and were delicious. The owner was also chatting to customers and welcoming feedback. Will defiantly be back.

Gorgeous desserts! Excellent service from all the staff! Very clean and nice layout. Would highly recommend. Went for a birthday meal. We all really enjoyed it!!!

Best dessert please in bolton by far

9 of us visited Bolton today. We were given a great table at the back with lots of room. Staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. So much choice we struggled to decide! Desserts came quickly, all together and tasted delicious. Will definitely be back! �

2nd time this week!! great desserts and my daughter loves the bubble milkshakes (come to think of it my husband does to.) the owner/manager is really friendly and goes out his way to make sure everything is perfect.

Will defo recommend and be back soon.

Place is spacious and clean

Very busy as eid weekend so service could have been better

Would def visit again x

Desserts are similar to most other places, service was a bit of a let down.

Told 10/15 mins for a takeout order, in reality more like 30/35 mins plus staff were confused with the order and initially only gave me half of it and then had to look around wasting another 5 mins trying to work out where the rest of it was.

Probably give 5 stars if they can improve on service and timing.

I cannot comment on the food although it did look delicious, but was ignored by staff and myself and friend left after standing being ignored for at least 15 minutes .I had planned to take my classmates and children but I wont be in a rush to return
