Went into SEAT Kendal a few months ago not really intending on buying a new car just thought I’d go and have a look around and see what was on offer. Took the Seat Leon toro Edition for a test drive and was amazed at how well the car drove and the amount of gadgets you could get in the car for the price that they offered me. Needless to say I bought the car in the end and I am very happy with it, would like to thank Joe was a very helpful sales man and never forced me into buying the car. Safe to say I’ll be going back to buy another car in a few years time.

We walked into the garage with no intention of purchasing a car, but when sitting with Alex and figuring out what we wanted from a car and our budget they brought out a car for a test drive that was in our budget! We were amazed what we could get for our money!

From start to finish we have been updated near enough daily on what was going on. We picked up our new car yesterday and it’s perfect! They kept all promises and then exceeded our expectations.

On what was my first visit to Kendal Seat, I was very impressed with the hospitality and professionalism afforded to myself as a customer. The Salesman Joe was fantastic and couldn't do enough for us, very knowledgable regarding the questions we had. At no point was there any pressure to make decisions. No doubt we bought the car we went to see, and the whole process was complete within 4 days to collect from the dealership. Alex was great through the process of trading in my car and getting a new one. Very pleased with everything - he was great explaining all my different options for finance!

Alex was absolutely brilliant with helping us find our first car. Neither of us know a single thing about cars and he was really brilliant in helping us figure out what we wanted. Nothing was too much of a problem for Adam, even when I asked the most ridiculous questions. We were kept up to date with the process throughout and there was no ‘hard sell’ which probably would have been easy as we knew absolutely nothing.

What i thought was good experience at first turned in to a nightmare to be told i couldn't have the car that i paid a deposit for and to be told different stories from different people as to why i couldn't buy the car. Ultimatly i got told the car had to go back to its original owner because he still owed finance on the car. Its a real shame that the car seems to still be on you website for sale so something doesn't add up. To top things off i got told you had found a different car that you could sort for myself if i was interested which you would send me the details for which i am still waiting to receive, which i think is really bad customer service!!!!

Second review left on this site due to first one asked to be taken down after trying to resolve our complaint, in return of free servicing and a dog guard which we originally ordered!!! .... so after picking up our “new car” on the 9th may, we’ve been deeply saddened and totally disgusted with what we received, so much so we have rejected the car and sent it back today.... after waiting a whole of 14 weeks for what we thought a “brand new” 18 plate car straight from the factory, we received a wrapped version of the car we ordered due to ours being recalled. Wrapped meaning a vinyl wrap on the car covering over all of the underneath car so it looks sprayed that colour. What we received was actually a shoddy joke, with still being able to see the WHITE paintwork between the front and back doors and when opened seeing the inside of the car doors and surrounds being WHITE!!! The car was supposed to be GREY and BLACK!!! After having the car for a week and a half and finding multiple things wrong (interior light on door not working/scratch on plastic trim around gearstick/vinyl wrap peeling at edges) we have now decided to reject and return the car and take our complaint to seat head office. Overall, aftercare service from MANAGEMENT at this branch is an absolute joke and if your looking at spending £20000+ on a new car, I suggest you go elsewhere!!
