Fabulous few days spent training in Porth Colman, North Wales, Gasshuku (which means logding together). Training was done both on the beach and in the sea, We learnt a few kata just for our club over the two days and we stayed at Andy Taylors holiday home so it was very relaxed. A good time was had by all in a beautiful part of the world.

New Kumite (Fighting) Karate Classes starting on Monday 17th September at 7.30. You will be taught everything you need to know to be a great fighter. Classes for all ages and all grades, everyone welcome.

What is Shito-Ryu????? this is a classical style with an emphasis on KATA. It incorporates the different schools of thought and retains many of the old fighting methods inlcuding locks, throws and evasive movement. All the instructors are Japanese-trained with experience in many European and Asain countries.
