We had a fantastic day today for the junior farmers. A great little event that my daughter loved and now has proudly watered her beans awaiting them to grow.

I also booked afternoon tea for us both as it was her 5th birthday. It was delicious, the sandwiches had been cut into hearts, a balloon was waiting at the table a and we had a special chocolate fondue to finish. We were so full we couldn't even eat all the cakes.

Couldnt recommended high enough, a great day made extra special by the team, Thank you very much Danielle & Evie-Grace xx

User

We arrived a little early today eager to avoid what would of been a mega busy day in the strawberry fields. Where to start? The farm shop was filled with everything you could imagine! Fresh pies, jams & honey, cheese omg I was in heaven! The cafe was lovely, nice food choice I would say quite pricey but you have to appreciate the farm needs to make money somehow and tbh its as expensive as you want it to be. Today was a treat for the kids and there was no admission to get in so I didn't mind too much - they even have a garden centre bit which i didnt know about and a kids playframe zip wire thing. ..the strawberry fields were endless! We all had such a lovely few hours and the Strawberry's we're delicious. Will 100% be returning.

My only criticism is the plastic baskets given to collect the fruit in - I wouldn't of minded paying extra for a more environmentally friendly alternative (we hadn't been before so didn't know) but next time we will know to bring our own baskets etc. Thanks for a lovely day :)

User

This place is a hidden gem. The farm shop is great, the food in the cafe is wonderful and the garden centre is outstanding. If I could choose 6 stars I would.

User

My little boy loved the grow your own veggies this morning. He's now waiting for his beans to grow and keeps saying come on and grow beans!! Can't wait to see what the next little farmers event is.x

User

Love this place. Such a lovely place to go for a day even if there are no activities on. there is a play area and they have lovely food. Staff are also very friendly x

User

Just in our way back from Junior Farmers, had a lovely morning with my 2 year old learning all about chickens and collecting eggs to decorate. We then did the Easter egg hunt which was an added bonus and a lovely walk. The food was also lovely in the cafe! All the staff are super friendly and it was an absolute bargain at ┬Ż3.50. CanŌĆÖt wait for your next junior farmers event ’┐Į

User

Great for children to be able to pick their own and see how everything is grown. Friendly and helpful staff. More things for younger ones in play area would be good.

User

First time visit there this morning, fantastic place, great for kids. The fruit is juicy, and beautiful to taste, we made a desert for after our bbq tonight. The farm shop is a must, one Skittles Gin purchased amongst other kids. Thanks again we will return especially next year when there is strawberries

Booked for my children (ages 3 and 6) to attend Junior Farmers yesterday for the first time. We arrived a bit early so made use of the playground! They both enjoyed the session and loved having a sunflower each to take home. We also visited the cafe for ice cream and snacks as well as the farm shop. Will be looking to book on again in August.

Been to the Junior Farmers sessions today with my 3 year old little boy, he had a lovely afternoon learning all about chickens and collecting eggs, to which he then enjoyed decorating. We then did the Easter egg hunt, my little boy was so excited trying to find the 'eggs' he was then given a chocolate bar for finding all 6 eggs, to which he enjoyed ’┐Į All the staff are really friendly. We canŌĆÖt wait for your next junior farmers event.

Although IŌĆÖve only lived a short distance away I had never been to Kenyon Hall Farm before. I visited for afternoon tea with my Mum, Daughter in Law and her family. It was really lovely and the food was well presented and plenty of it. If thatŌĆÖs had one little criticism it would be that I would recommend putting table cloths on the tables as some had marks on and make sure all crockery matches but apart from that it was great. Great farm shop and beautiful plants on sale

User

We visit for the fruit picking every year (usually July so this year we came early) and after yesterday's June visit I've finally come to my senses. You are continually left to pick poor standard or unrippened fruit and then overcharged for them. There are tubs that have been 'dumped' by customers with a bit of sense throughout the farm.

I appreciate that it's a business but surely it would make sense to close down all fruit picking until the fruit is ready and available, rather than trying to make money from scraps.

User

Just called in for a quick brew and a sandwich. Tea was fine and freshly baked scones with jam and cream were great. Sandwiches however left a lot to be desired. ┬Ż5.99 for two slices of medium bread with tuna mayo and a little salad with dressing. Tasted good but definitely not worth the money. They were the sort of sandwiches you would buy at the ┬Ż1 bakery but not even as good as those! You do expect to pay more at these places but they need to up their game. Thick hand-cut bread would be a start.

User

Had a nice day just me and my daughter picking the strawberries even though there were hardly any left due to a busy week. Cafe was a real disappointment kids sandwich was stale and ┬Ż6.99 for a panini that was terribly dry. Menu needs an update and more choice

User

No strawberries, raspberries or much of anything and full of rude ppl. DoesnŌĆÖt close til 5.30 but cafe shut and canŌĆÖt buy ice cream either. Would not recommend
