I can’t express enough how much I love Out! From the show team to management, the door staff to the bar staff. Such an incredible night out, I highly recommend it (especially for Rupau fans— I mean it’s decorated like the Werk room, what more could you want). All I can say is that it feels like home, never felt so comfortable and welcomed into any club as much as I do here. Shame I don’t live closer. I’ll be seeing you all soon, much love.

Good new venue plenty of space still finding its feet could use Aircon as the smell of sweaty people was bit off putting also like the idea of gender neutral toilets but to only have 4 cubicles is not the best especially when woman go in them in groups and takes ages maybe a few more would help ease the que

I've really enjoyed OUT every time I've been there however the way that my friend was treated by the door staff last night was shocking.



My friend didn't say 'hello' (something that is against the norm in Japan where she lives) to one of the bouncers entering the club and so our friend was barred not just from OUT but Heaven too.



After trying to understand what the situation was we were followed with abuse from customers, door staff and a member of the bar staff. We though that it was far too much of a coincidence that our one black friend was treated this way when me and my friend (who are white) didn't exactly shower pleasantries on bouncers and were treated normally.



An embarrassment to the lgbt community
