Kizomba Noroeste are extremely excited to be announcing our second party at our perfect new venue. Lets push the boat out and welcome the return of a themed event. Seeing as September is party season lets don our best frocks and dj's and don't forget your masque for the ball!
We were extremely sad to be no longer able to have our parties at our trusty, old faithful and fun venue at Fulwood. She was good to us and we have many fond memories.We searched high and low(sometimes ...very low) to find a similar place for you all to explore your kizomba social world of fun and dancing. I think we have nailed it ,by Jove, with this venue! She is a lovely size with a cheap as chips bottle bar for your thirst quenchers. Her floor is virtually brand new and smooth as silk. She is exceptionally easy to navigate being just a stones throw from the M55 at Broughton. She boasts a wonderfully spacious, well lit car park. We are sure to have many a fabulous kizomba here for sure. We thank you for your patience in us finding this venue for you and for every one of your support over the last four years. We hope you continue to join our friendly ,merry little bunch of amazing dancers from near and far as we continue our kizomba love journey. Lets start our evening with an ice-breaking kizomba warm up class at 8pm and dance our socks off until midnight.

Kizomba Noroeste is happy to be offering Cumbria and the surrounding area a monthly chance to learn this beautiful and increasingly popular dance. No partner is needed and dress comfy and cool. (Trainers are not advisable footwear). ***************************** We have been dancing kizomba since 2010 and teaching since 2104. We have traveled the world learning and teaching kizomba including Cuba, S Ireland, Portugal to name a few. We have qualified as teachers with Studio Af...ro Latino in 2014. We hold two busy weekly classes and two monthly events in Lancashire. We also teach wedding dances and choreographing for events. We have residential kizomba room slot at other events and enjoy regularly teaching at festivals and corporate events and run popular workshops.
We PROMISE We will share my passion for Kizomba in a safe and friendly environment. We have TEACHER TRAINING CERTIFICATES. We teach moves in PORTUGUESE( ballet moves are in French, salsa in Spanish etc) with respect to dance roots. Lessons are fun. Lessons are in KIZOMBA FUSION as I am not native to Angola so not authentic. We are empathetic to different learning styles. Weare empathetic to different physical capabilities. We will continue to grow. We take teaching extremely seriously. We will bring out the best in our students. WHY SETTLE FOR LESS?

We shall take you through a workshop style of learning to mean that you will learn the history (brief) and use tried and tested ways to make sure this monthly experience gets you dancing Kizomba faster and with fluency! It will not be simply about throwing steps(pasadas) at you as these can quickly be forgotten. These techniques and methods of dancing kizomba that you can easily identify with will make you as adept dancers as you would be by doing regular weekly lessons and social (with a bit of practice too)

Kizomba Noroeste have been teaching in the Northwest for over four years now. Our aim is to introduce more new dancers to the scene and we are going all out to achieve this. We have built up an amazing dance scene with many dancers learning this fantastic dance with us. Our social events are extremely popular also. We travel far and wide to teach and also learn our craft which we take very seriously. Our classes are fun,informative and rich in culture with dancers travelling... from as far as Manchester,Liverpool and Lancaster to come and join us.
We have long had close connections to this area and participate in local carnivals, festivals and dance events regularly. We can't suppress St Annes interest in the dance any longer so with a lot of requests we have secured this fantastic venue for a weekly kizomba soiree.
Join us from 7.30pm as we start you on your kizomba journey with a beginners class and stay for social dancing until 10.30 where you can meet other experienced dancers. We are always happy to give guided practice after class too.
Dress comfy and cool and I recommend shoes rather than trainers for ease of steps.No partner needed as the class moves around and is an excellent way of meeting people . Dance has long been recognised as one off not the best, way of keeping mind and body healthy. You will fall head over heels in love with the music I guarantee!
Classes are £5 per person per class with concessions at £3 You can buy six and pay for five. £25 paid in advance for six lessons so the sixth is free!!! Social dancing is free with class or £3 if no class attended

Once a month Kizomba Noroeste and crew come to Eamont Bridge ,Penrith to bring the delights of kizomba to Cumbria. We do an intense beginner friendly workshop for two hours and dance our socks off for a couple of hours either inside The Crown Hotel or al fresco at one of Englands heritage sites.
