We travelled from North Petherton upon recommendation and wasn't disappointed!



Wilkins cider, top notch food (I was lucky to try everyone's) and a really nice atmosphere.



We'll be back for sure! Halloumi fries are a must.

We managed to get in for a sit down meal just before closing, very friendly people and well cooked food which we all enjoyed very much . Our dog also lived the sausage!

We have lived in Somerset for 11 years now and never came across this chippy before. All I can say we have missed out immensely!! This is THE best chippy in Somerset by far. Tasty fish, chips and mushy peas, bread and butter to make a decent butty. Will definitely be visiting again!

We have been coming to Glastonbury for the 15 years and always eat at Knights Fish Chip shop , they allow people accompanied by their dogs and give doggies a free sausage :) the staff are friendly and the food outstanding a definite place to visit when shopping Glastonbury high street

Top class chip shop. The staff are lovely polite folk and the fish and chips are excellent. Not only that they've proper cider and Glastonbury ale to boot.

The place is beautiful, the food is gorgeous, the atmosphere is so friendly & the choice of food is incredible. Would recommend this place over any restaurant

Passing through glastonbury today on our way back to Liverpool from Torquay. Stopped off here to buy fish and chips and it was just delicious. I chose the haddock and it was just amazing.

Ok now people might be thinking: how good is this place?



1) It is so good that extraordinarily lazy people like me who almost never write any comments for anything decided to write this one.



2) it is so good that I am motivated to study super hard in university right now and become a millionaire in the future so I can purchase this restaurant and make sure it never falls.



Must-try. You won't regret it.

Beautiful fish..chips..and a tipple...four of us .got in at 4.30 straight away on carnival night..service very fast...food delicious...no complaints at all....will definatly go again...thank you..xxx

The chips with pulled pork and cheese is insane!!

Absolutely fabulous menu to choose from and the puddings are just so yummy! , I travel up from north newton as the restaurant is a really pretty setting , have a fab little bar 2 , clean tidy and very well managed , cheerful happy staff that work quickly to clear tables and take your order. I will continue to use as long as I can , thank you to the fish and chip shop team .��

Being coeliac, a trip to Knight's Fish Restaurant in Glastonbury is a real treat.



Every Thursday, they offer gluten free fish and chips, and it's the best I've ever had. Beautiful batter, gorgeous fish and great chips, and all gluten free.



No contamination, no after effects, for a coeliac it's heaven on a plate.



Highly recommended.

Fish as always was good but the chips vary from ok to cold mostly bits! Disappointed too many times so won't go back there anymore unless I just want fish!

Awful.....revisited yesterday after a couple of years as not local.

1. My daughter bit into her battered sausage and GREASE POURED out to the extent it collected in a pool of grease on the chip paper.

2. Chips were Luke warm...

3. COD was ok but certainly nothing to rave about, batter was hard and certainly not bubbly and light.

4. We were served by a lady, who perhaps was having a bad day, no smile, no hello and quite frankly unwelcoming. An Italian tourist was trying to explain what she wanted as we were leaving and it was embarrassing seeing her flounder as the lady serving just looked on not even trying to engage or help



It was the vileness of the grease pouring out and the unwelcoming nature of the staff that's prompted this review. I am not exaggerating the pouring....it was like watching oil come out of a bottle it was that disgusting!
