A lovely afternoon spent at St Rocco’s Hospice, where we were invited to their annual Appreciation Event. Thanking all of the local businesses that have supported them during 2018.
We took this opportunity to present the funds raised from our Christmas Memorial Baubles, the £1596 has been gratefully received and will go towards the continued, amazing work of our local Hospice.

We always appreciate feedback from our lovely families and encourage them to leave honest reviews on Facebook or Google, it’s the only way to know how well we are doing and which aspects of our service have room for improvement.
Then you receive these two notes and all these goodies for the team by lunchtime on Monday! These reviews and personal messages really do mean the world to us, we strive to be the very best that we can be 🖤💛

Vinny Bacon - Funeral Operative
A Husband and Dad, Vinny only joined the team in October and is already proving to be a professional and well respected addition to the Knox family 🖤💛

Lisa Colledge - Funeral Arranger and pre need Coordinator
Wife and Mum to daughter Sophie, Lisa joined us around 18 months ago.
Lisa’s previous role as Receptionist at Walton Lea Crematorium meant she was already well known to us and she has fitted in to the Knox team with ease 🖤💛

Simon Lyons - Funeral Director
Dad to Harry, Simon joined the team almost 2 years ago as a Funeral Operative.
Taking the opportunity to progress to Funeral Director shortly after, Simon has proved to be a valuable addition to the team 🖤💛

Jack Treanor - Funeral Operative
Youngest Son of Liz and Andy, Jack originally joined us for work experience during school holidays.
After becoming a full time member of the team almost 2 years ago, it has been a pleasure to watch him progress in the family business 🖤💛

Harold Gleave - Funeral Operative
Husband, Dad and Grandad, Harold joined us originally as a part time driver/bearer.
Now a full time Funeral Operative, Harold has proven to be a professional and dedicated addition to our team 🖤💛
