Captain’s Day on Saturday June 21st turned out to be a hugely popular event, blessed with brilliant weather. The Captain and his wife Melody were exemplary hosts at the halfway house, aided and abetted by the President — a number of back nines were definitely affected by the Pimm’s and snacks !

Fun and laughter was the order of the day for Lady Captain's Day on June 20th, especially in the half way house where Mike Hindley and Mike Wright became honorary Yorkshire men and kept everyone amused with their Yorkshire banter. Lady Captain provided champagne and lots of Yorkshire treats for all to enjoy, the mini Yorkshire puddings proving very popular.

The Knutsford Head greenkeeper Mark Dingle and Club Professional Tim Maxwell recently represented the club in the first Campey Turf Care Systems Pro - Greenkeeper challenge at Hart Common Golf Club in Bolton.
The pairs event saw a solid performance from the charismatic duo who were delighted to finish in a very respectable 25th position, with a better-ball score of one over par.

The club development is progressing apace -- the Completion Party is set for June 22nd.
