Visited from Scotland for birthday party at town hall. Had drinks here with friends on Friday night. Loved the violet gin (my favourite gin ever, ever, ever is Boe Gin violet)...and 'last night a dj saved my life'... one of my fav songs of all time..Spot on!!! 👌🏻🥂

travelled all way from tod to come here got to door and wasnt even allowed in apparently too drunk even though we was near enough sober and got in every other bar door staff were absolute twats shame really wont be back again ÔøΩ

You seriously need to sort out your door staff. They talk to you like you're shit and you're losing money because of them. Got refused entry last night when no one was in and I was stone cold sober. What the hell? I was wearing jeans and boots! My friend was wearing clothes that were 12 hours worth of being work sweated in yet he got let in no problem! This just tops off the fact that you were useless when I got my bag stolen at Christmas and you did nothing to help. Certainly making sure everyone I know avoids Kokos like the plague from now on!

While waiting for my taxi outside kokos last night I was grabbed and could have been attacked by a random man, I broke his grip and went to go back inside the club to safety and be with people I knew an wait for my taxi there, your horrific door staff refused me entry, called me all names under the sun even though I was sober, calm and asking for help - to be let into a space space from fear of being attacked or something.

When I asked for his door staffs badge number I was met with a high level of aggressive and confrontational responses from all three door staff. They then turned their badges around and told me to phone the police if I wanted to report them. So I have.

I was scared and just needed to have a quick safe space before my taxi came so I could get home.

THIS is the reason behind so many attacks happening in Rochdale in broad view of the public because our public service workers don’t care, have empathy or are so engrossed in their power trips of door management.

You should all be ashamed. When my friend inside the club asked the manager for the door staffs badge numbers we again was told to F*#k off (their words not mine)



Girls of Rochdale - kokos do NOT care about your safety and would happily see you attacked on the street than help you. For what reason I guess I’ll never know.



The police have been informed as have the council and the SIA.
