views 10 out of 10 would definately recommend L3 Living to anyone who is looking for somewhere to stay while their in Liverpool
Stayed at few locations around liverpool but these apartments are by far the best! Great location to city centre 'home from home' staff exceptionatly friendly would recommend these apartments at l3living , value for money too

Just arrived really impressed!! Great location , easy to find and really modern spacious apartment!! Balcony with great view of the Mersey and near to centre and docks �� we'll recommend

Location, location,location! Mersey front directly next to "The Three Graces" Walking distance to all things Liverpool! Our apartment overlooked the rivet, clean & well equipt. Would stay again in a minute!
Wouldn't recommend it to anyone!! Place was filthy, our front door handle fell off we had to put it back to lock the door, the toilet flush was broke, two of the lifts didn't work and then we found dried crusted blood on our mattress,was absolutely disgusting!! Should of spent half the price and stayed in a premier inn!!!
We stayed here last weekend, when we arrived there as 2 dodgy looking men on what I suppose was there reception area( possibly a wallpaper paste table) who could have prob been on the heroine but i can't be sure. We rented 4 rooms for the weekend and they was all rotten! Non of the toilets flushed, cigarette butts on the balcony... Damp up the walls and blood on some of the mattresses, massive burn marks on the sides in the kitchen and the bathroom smelt of piss! I also think someone was growing a crop because the smell of weed was constant and I found someone's knickers that had been left to dry from a messy night before in the utility room! Went down the following morning to complain but the men and fold up reception was nowhere to be seen. Only 2 lifts worked in the building, don't book here! Waste of money! Also was woken up by 20 kids having a party outside my door and when I looked through the spy hole on the door there was a girl laying on the floor with all her fanny out! and then was woken up again to them throwing chair legs and bottles over the balcony. Pretty eventful weekend I would have been better off staying at a local YMCA! Apart from where we stayed Liverpool was brilliant
The location the Irwell apartments is great but to be honest it was like being in student digs.
The customer service was non existent - the website all style and no substance. No details on how and when to check in although it was promised that details would be sent - we had to chase these and on telling them the check in time we were still waiting by the door. The lady who came to greet us was really friendly though.
No information inside the building , no wifi and no details on when and how to check out.
The apartment inside was clean but the place is like a building site.
Its all fine as long as you are aware of what it is going to be like before you stay.
For the price I think we would have been better staying in a Premier Inn
Such a shame that I am having to write this review before I have actually stayed here but this is purely based on shocking customer service and the booking process. Taken money from me without authorisation and when I have queried and tried to resolve I have just received one snotty email as a reply. I then sent screen shots as proof that I had booked "book now pay on arrival" and have had no response whatsoever since then (despite sending 4 more emails and calling) I feel I have been massively overcharged on the rate as it should of been lower if they were going to take 50%. Hopefully this will get resolved before my stay �
