Not too sure why other people were not happy, but we went on Sunday 28th Jan and it was brilliant! The food was fantastic, the service was brilliant and the staff were polite, courteous, friendly and very professional! We’ve been here before and will continue to do so! Can’t praise them enough!

Had a lovely meal at La Tasca yesterday, our waitress was fantastic and interacted so well with my daughters. Food was quick and hot. The rice was a little under cooked but we still enjoyed it. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Booked for lunch so we got 50% off food which was well worth doing, service was brilliant, food was good, but was disappointed that they didn’t have any meatballs and the chicken on the main menu was also not available, wouldn’t put me off

Just mediocre can’t really award more than that. Initially told 40 min wait but was seated within 20 so all good. Starter was ok but you can’t really get bread and oil wrong :-) Mainer did a had chicken and chorizo paella which was stodgy greasy , chicken was dry and the chorizo cut into massive chunks with a skin which was hard to hack through. Over cooked rice made it hard going and despite it being a treat for us afterwards both agreed it had been disappointing

Asked for crayons for kids menu when we sat down, brought them with the bill.

Asked for jug of water for table which came with ice but the temperature of the restaurant turned it luke warm.



Disappointed in the food the menu sounds mouthwatering, but didn't live up to expectations, spicy meatballs were not spicy at all. Chicken and chorizo tasted like it had been cooked until all the flavour of the chorizo had gone and the chicken was powdery. Rice with kids meal was quite hard, not quite inedible but close.



On the positives, staff friendly and the calamari and the ham croquettes were really nice but there's better options in the Trafford centre... Sorry...

First there was no burgers left for our 3 year old, so after some persuading he changed to chicken breast strips, to then be told there’s none of that left either. Our other sons rice dish was like rubber so he didn’t eat that. Our Tapas came which wasn’t very nice, the chorizo tasted and melted like corned beef, no flavour to the other dishes we had. The only good thing about it was the young girl who served us our drinks.

50 min wait for 2 meals paella and ribs what a joke and with a young baby too and not once did anyone come to say why or what was going on so to have to chase and find out if it has been done yet is more of a joke

Used to be nice a couple of years ago but it’s gone so downhill. Three awful meals there within a year, will not be going back.



We had two bad meals there but decided to give it one more chance last night, we even said “we might regret it” but went in anyway.



Waited 40 mins for the mains, the paella was burnt. The chorizo was tasteless as was the calamari.

Would of been nice to know that at the time of ordering. When the food came it was bland. The whole experience was disappointing. £92 for the meal. Thank god we had 25% off the bill. Still expensive for below par food. I’ve gone from this being my fav place to go to a place I will not be going back too. I wish I could say the service made up for it sadly this wasn’t the case. A smile cost nothing. So much for a nice birthday meal!!!

Waitress knocked off the cost of the cold food from the bill but appeared to have lost the ability to make an apology! It wasn’t very busy in there so can’t use that as an excuse! Very poor - won’t be returning!!!

Waited 50 minutes with no sign of food, despite asking a waitress 30 minutes in, who said it would be 5 minutes. Walked away in the end. Poor experience and won’t be returning.

Very annoyed and disrespectful staff. I can't believe how long we were ignored at the door, while several staff kept walking past, all chatting amongst themselves, it was obvious we were waiting for a table, 10 minutes is a long time to put up with this, many available staff & many available tables, makes no sense! Our family and friends will never return, it's not acceptable to be treated this way, they have forgotten without customers there is no business.

Sorry but this was not a good experience. We was asked to sit at the bar area for 5 or 10 mins whilst our table was prepared, not a problem, then shown to our table. For half an hour we sat there her whilst the waitress took orders from other tables from people that had arrived after us and seemed to totally ignore our table of 4. At this point I went to find the manager to ask what was going on and if anyone was going to take our food and drink order!! He said he would get the waitress to come over immediately. However she didn't, he eventually came and took our drink order but not the food order!!! He said he would be back for that and yes after another 10 mins he came with our drinks and the waitress who eventually took the food order! Great, won't be long now.......oh but it was over another half hour for the food, all tapas dishes to be served. When they did turn up, all apart from 2 out of 11 dishes were cold!!!! Yes we did complain when we eventually got hold of the waitress. The manger came over and apologised and offered to take the food back to warm it up...... no sorry we have waited over half an hour for it to arrive on the table we wasn't going to wait another half hour!!!! Very poor service and experience, very disappointing. Think next time we'll go to Pesto!!!

We then wasn't asked what drinks we would like and after 25 mins of no service the waiter seated a new customer and server them before us... Won't bother at this branch again. Really poor service, ended up leaving My friend spoke to the manager briefly who seemed really disinterested and all he said was thanks for your feedback. Clearly don't care for our coustem

Have been a long time customer of this store. Sadly, after yesterday, I have been left feeling like neither the management on duty, or the staff care about people who are unable to eat certain foods that their menu claims to cater for, instead seeing us as following a fad.

I ordered and asked for, gluten-free garlic bread. Somehow, the waitress who served us did not understand the phrase "gluten free" as I was served normal garlic bread. When, after eating half a piece before realising their mistake, I enquired as to the presence of gluten I was told "I did not understand you". No matter what the manager on duty might choose to claim, those were the exact words. I wasn't offered a replacement dish, which is customary in the food service industry, simply told you had no gluten free bread in stock. That might have been useful to tell me when I placed the order, rather than subjecting me to the consequences of what your manager considered a mere "misunderstanding".

While I accept that you waived the bill, I have been left to suffer the consequences of no pay from work for stupidly believing that a restaurant that says on the menu "ask for gluten free" and offers dishes that are gluten free actually caters to people who are unable to eat gluten. As such, I will not be returning to the restaurant as I can no longer trust you to not make me ill.
