Just want to say a massive thank you to Andrea and the Ladybird team , their constant support has helped me so much and now with the personal plan itโs given me the push I needed to get closer to my goal. I sat down with Andrea and explained my weaknesses and she provided a plan that suited me and my family.
I have never felt healthier and happier and for anyone else struggling with everyday challenges in life my advice to you is just go for it, speak to them they will help you achieve it.
In just 4 weeks I feel so much better and will continue my healthy eating regime and PTโs and extra classes.
Everyone should make some time for themselves and btw yoga is also amazing for mindfulness just what us women need ๐

Iโve just completed a 4 week eating plan with Andrea and I canโt stop smiling ๐ Andrea devised a plan that would fit around my work and family life and that would get me out of my bad habit of not eating or drinking anything all day and then eating the wrong thing of an evening. I have learnt to prep my meals so I have no excuse not to eat during the day and I have dramatically increased my water intake. I have still had my wine at weekends but on Andreas advice made good food choices and increased my exercise so it hasnโt had an impact on my progress. Not only have I lost almost a stone in weight I also have more energy and more confidence. This is a plan that I know I can stick with and Iโm sure Iโll continue seeing results in the future. Thank you so much ๐๐

This gym has become my second home. All the staff are outstanding, all the ladies are friendly and welcoming. Louise keeps me amused and sweaty every Sunday at Zumba. Helen is helping my nether regions with her enjoyable Step class. Sandra has taught me how to run without holding my breath, a feat in itself. Now Andrea is booked for PT session. I know she will crack the whip and help me achieve my ambition even though I know it will hurt. Jayne is a mine of information on reception, always points me in the right direction. I have at some time been to every gym in Wigan, this one is by far THE best. I will be enjoying many more years here.
Really glad I joined this gym! The ladies are lovely, everyone says hello. I've had PT sessions with Andrea who is really good she tortures me each time with positive results I've only been here for 4 weeks and I've lost several pounds. I'll be recruiting my ambulance colleagues to join who live locally. I feel I can be me! I can sweat without worrying about what people think of me and my body shape.
The only downside is the opening hours at the weekend- doesn't work with my shift work : (

Me and my mum joined on Wednesday and was made to feel comfortable been back today. A great gym and friendly staff. Will highly recommend. Time to conquer my bulge haha

Love this gym. I Was a member a while a go then stopped going for numerous personal reasons. Been wanting to re join for ages but was always too nervous so finally bit the bullet n went back yesterday, n I was worried for nothing ๏ฟฝ the staff are lovely and so welcoming n make u feel at ease straight away. It felt good to be back n this time I will stick at it. Would recommend this gym to any woman out there. Best gym going xXx

Just joined today, its the first time I have ever felt so comfortable in a gym, lovely attentive staff and members, cant wait to get fit!!!
Joined the gym in January this year. Absolutely love it ! Welcomed by all the staff from day 1. Since joining I've lost almost 2 stone which I never thought possible. Never thought I would join a gym let alone do a class and now I do boxercise twice a week as well as studio cycling.
Joined on Saturday with my friend, received a warm welcome from Helen who showed us around and showed us how to work the machines and set up our memberships! Came today for the step and tone class with Sandra and again received a warm welcome off Andrea when I entered the building and a warm welcome and talk about if I had done a step class before with Sandra! Will 100% recommend LadyBirds to anyone who wants to join a gym!
I've never set foot in a gym in my life until 3 weeks ago and im so glad i chose this gym to start with. Unbelievably welcoming, friendly and helpful staff, the motto of "no men, no mirrors" is perfect, not that this place makes anyone feel self conscious, it really does make your visit fun, leaves you looking forward to your next visit! ๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝ
I rejoined the gym few wks back now n felt like I never been away... the staff are so lovely and friendly and make u feel very welcome, also the members are friendly aswell which makes ur time in the gym very enjoyable and happy to be their.. I would recommend ladybird gym to any women whatโs lookin to join gym and what was like me to frighten to walk in a gym and uncomfortable to do so aswell.. ladybirds gym never make you feel uncomfortable and believe in each member can achieve what thy set out to do.., xx
I joined this gym in January 2016 as I was struggling with arthritis in both knees, by September Iโd stopped taking medication as I was pain free.
Everyone is so friendly and the staff cannot do enough for you to make you feel comfortable and welcome.
The classes are great fun and the P.T's are really good to give you the extra push!
Although the scales havenโt moved much for me the inches have and my whole body shape has changed a lot, Iโm going on a cruise tomorrow and Iโve just packed my case with size 12 clothes which is a MASSIVE achievement for me !!! (Iโm a big chested women normally a size 16)

I joined this gym in January 2016 and have never looked back its not just a gym its like a little family everyone is so friendly and the staff cannot do enough for you to make you feel comfortable and welcome. The classes are great fun to do and the P.T's are a really good price to give you the extra push! Thanks ladies dont know how i ever manage without this gym and ladies in my life to get me fit and loose weight x
I joined the Gym in March this year the staffs are really great and supportive. I have met some lovely ladies ๏ฟฝ and I feel so much better in myself x I highly recommend Ladybirds Gym love it xx
I joined in July it's the first gym I have ever been in. I went with a friend but can now go on my own as it is so friendly, and I don't feel awkward in any way. I love the classes and the equipment. The staff are really friendly and helpful
I joined by myself & found staff & other members really friendly and helpful,I did gym & two classes & intend to try all classes available, the classes are well run & easy to follow especially if you haven't trained in a while can't wait to go back.
I have been a member of ladybirds for nearly 10 years. I couldn't imagine being at any other gym. Staff have become good friends over the years. Brilliant, energetic and enthusiastic girls. With excellent knowledge of fitness and diet. Always behind you to give you that extra push you need. Thanks ladies you're all fabulous. I'm looking forward to another 10 years being with you all. After a few weeks i can say that LadyBird Fitness club is perfect for me! The girls are so lovely and give me a perfect mood for training! I wouldnโt think i would like to go to Gym,but now i really do! ๏ฟฝoh,and Zumba,i love it! ๏ฟฝ
