What a transformation , it's easy to criticise a business but this deserves praise for the effort in rejuvenating the store.

Took my Grandchildren today and a lot of effort has gone in to organising kids entertainment for Easter , well done .�

Was here for graduation night on Friday, stupidly left my blazer jacket unattended with my passport, money and keys in it. Some dickhead picked it up and tried to leave with it, but thanks to La'gos top bouncers noticing it didn't match the colour of his pants and taking it off him, I got it back with all my belongings. 10/10 will continue to get absolutely trollied here. Top lad Stevie.

There most fridays staff very friendly + efficient. Cheap beer (spot on )

Hello! I was in on Wednesday evening.. i laid my jacket down on the chair i was standing next to, 5 mins later i turned around and it was gone. It hasn't been handed in by any chance? It's a long dark blue Zara coat. Thank you.

Bar staff are boss. Barring Mo and Caz, your djs are stuck in their ways. Requests don't exist. And for your greatest good, get BT sport. You'll fill the place.

went tonight for drink blonde girl behind bar served people saw us looked at us and then went to end of bar talking instead of serving us totally ignored us have been going in for a while but wont be going back ignorant girl

Would not recommend anyone to go here unless you want to be treated like dirt by bouncers. Inside is fine but you need to look at the bouncers you are employing. First time going my female 21 y.o friend got strangled by a man in his 40s (who was clearly on drugs). Got kicked out but told this man was a bouncers relative and would remain in there, spoken to like a drunk idiot despite being sober. Recently i return to give it another chance with different friend and bouncers still vile - tried making polite convo whilst they inspected our IDs for an unnecessarily long time to be looked at like crap, friend quizzed for 5 minutes on all her details on ID, asked to show another form of ID despite giving a valid drivers licence. What is this policy? Go out to have fun, not be treated like crap before your night has started. Me and my friends are not rowdy or underage so no reason to be so rude and completely tarnishes the whole place!

Only giving it a one because I have to...wouldn't go this bar again if I was dying of thirst and it was the only place to get a drink!!! Rubbish dj who insulted me and when I told the manager he accused me of lying...overall very poor.

I was troubled to notice on my recent visit to lago that there were no hooks on the bar to hang my waistcoat. Shocking!

I like the place and I have been many times in the past. But the bouncers where so extremely rude to me and my friend tonight for absolutely no reason at all. I am extremely disappointed by this and I will never be returning. At the end of the day we were spending money in the place and would rather spend it somewhere else. Not acceptable to be honest.
