Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional levels of customer service? If so, we’d love for you to join our growing family business as a Sales Executive.
In this role, you will have a passion and love for customers and get a great deal of satisfaction from providing an excellent customer experience, so recent/current experience within a customer service role would be helpful, either from hospitability, retail or contact centre type environm...ents. You will soon become adept at dealing with all new and used car enquiry leads, and converting to appointment and sales, ensuring all sales leads are maximised.
A strong sense of organisation is required as you follow the sales process through from meet and greet, test drive, presentation of products and sales through to delivery and handover of the vehicle.
What do you need to succeed in this role? Full UK drivers licence Background in customer service, sales and an interest in the automotive industry. The drive to hit your targets month after month - a natural people person, passionate about building a high return, long lasting customer base. Previous sales experience is favourable but not necessary, experience using computer systems is a must.
OTE: £26,000 plus company vehicle, subject to experience.
