We popped in to leaf for lunch while attending the positive vibes reggae festival. Amazing!

We had the sharing fish platter and it was incredible, will definitely be back �

Very accommodating for a large group. Absolute perfect organization. Fabulous food & Excellent service. Customer service was also perfect (as we were a large group from Ireland).

Today was the second time I’ve been here and had the same meal of salt and pepper squid with a chai latte. So lovely, will definitely head straight for this place on my next visit to Liverpool �

Nice food and decent ale - + good choice for veggie and vegan customers.

Lovely place, great food and friendly staff. Can be difficult to get about when it's busy tho as all the tables are so close together. But all in all a really nice place to eat. Good variety on the menu for all eaters.

Lovely food, really flavoursome! Great atmosphere. I love going there with my daughter. I always feel spoilt for choice, I like everything on the menu!!! 😀

It’s my first visit to Leaf, recommended by my son who lives a 5 minute walk away. We only had a drink and sandwich. The ham sandwich was excellent, and it’s been a long time since I’ve drunk tea that’s not from a teabag. Wonderful, well worth a visit.

I had the full English breakfast and it was amazing. Definitely going to be back here again on my next visit to Liverpool. ��

Have only eaten brunch here during a short visit to Liverpool...but I had the best brunch ever on two consecutive days...I cannot recommend the Huevos rotos & 'Nduja potatoes highly enough. I wish we had a Leaf where we live!

Had brunch and cocktails on Saturday a group of 20 of us And the service was amazing

Me and my four daughter in laws had dinner and drinks on the 17th December 2017, we had great evening, lovely food, fab waiter Liam who couldn’t do enough to make our evening special. My only gripe was we were in the corner and the lighting was poor so I struggled to see my food. Would definitely go again.

Loved the breakfast and will definitely go back. Only down side was there were plenty of staff on but nobody asked if the food was okay, my toast was burnt and I just ate most of it anyway.. would have been perfect otherwise!

It’s a great place situated on Bold st, popped in for a little snack, just had a chopped ham sandwich and a cappuccino, which as far as butties go, it was fab. It’s a great place to sit and watch the world go by and people watch x

I enjoy LEAF for a few reasons.



The atmosphere and decor is very relaxing and it's a great place to meet with friends for a tea or coffee or any alcoholic beverage.



The prices are pretty reasonable.



The background music is always set to a genre that sets the "chill out" vibe.



If you are a solo traveller or a student it's a nice place to people-watch or bring your laptop.



The only complaint I have is that they do not clean the tables properly after each customer.



Very seldom does a staff member wipe down the tables with the cleaner/sanitizer spray after clearing the cutlery and dirty dishes from the previous customer.



Otherwise I encourage and highly recommend it as one of the best spots on Bold Street.

Virtually impossible to get a seat, pretty slow service and order was incorrect when turned up. Couldn't be bothered to order again and wait too long as had our baby with us. Food was nice of what we had .Used to enjoy it here , not so much anymore

I usually love Leaf. I’ve gone with friends, family & dates - it’s always been a great environment with good food, drink & staff so I was SO surprised when I went last night. I never leave bad reviews but this time I’m making an exception. I went to the bar and asked the barmaid politely if there were any sparkly cocktails. It wasn’t a majorly serious request as it was a joke for the person I was with but the response was “we don’t use glitter, cause it’s actually bad for the environment...” And it was in the most arsey patronising way. She then made me 2 drinks and took my payment & went straight to the next customer. When I asked if I could please have 2 straws she again had the worst attitude, looked at me and didn’t reply. Continued to serve the customer then reluctantly handed me 2 straws. I knew she was reluctant because....Yes - they were plastic and yes- I actually knew that they were ALSO bad for the environment but 1. You’re the place serving plastic straws & 2 goblet glasses usually come with straws anyway.



Liverpool is one of the best places for top hospitality so it’s rare you’ll find terrible customer service in such a great industry. I’ll definitely think twice before returning. I’ve given 2 stars instead of one because I take it the girl might have been having an off day?!��
