New Girls Bootcamp starting Thursday 9th August.
We are starting a bootcamp for girls between 11-16years old, it will run on Thursdays 10:00-11:00. We want to promote a healthy relationship with exercise for girls, working together in small groups. My son loves the sports mix fab and friendly staff

Just had my first personal training session with the gorgeous Ali and although he really worked me I feel amazing. Thanks Ali can't wait for the next one. Anyone thinking of doing it I strongly advise it.

It's been great to see the innovation, and developments happening at LED.

Love what the team are doing for their local communities :)

I used to hate the idea of going to the gym but the staff, availability, location and classes have converted me, thanks guys !
