After I had my son I thought to myself I have to do something about my weight. It was spiraling out of control. I had very little confidence, no energy and felt at my lowest. I was miserable.
I loved being a Mum, but I hated the extra pounds I was carrying around with me.
That’s when I found Cambridge Weight Plan and my lovely Consultant. She helped me every step of the way. I went from a size 16 /18 – size 10 in no time at all, and what I love is that I managed to keep the weight off. No more Yo Yo dieting for me.
I can honestly say this is the best thing I have ever done and it has changed my life completely. I am, at last happy with myself.
The passion I have for Cambridge Weight Plan inspired me to become a fully accredited Consultant. I love helping people who are struggling and sharing their weight loses journey with them.
I can offer flexible daytime, evening and weekend appointments, and can see you either one-to one, or if you feel more comfortable with family or friends.
I know you will be feeling a little nervous but that's why I am here to help make you feel more comfortable about losing weight.
