We have been coming here every two weeks all my 5 kids love it an so does me an my husband, when we are here we don't want to come home, its so peaceful an relaxing,my kids make up their own games an have lots of fun, when its time to come home they wanna come back again ,even my 14 year olds love it the staff are very helpful an friendly, I would defo recommend this place,

My mum and dad have had a caravan on the site for years I have been coming here since I was just a baby I have seen a lot of changes in the site in a good way !i have always enjoyed it it has plenty to do I come here near enough every weekend and I always find something different to do its great .elaine and Peter are really nice and so is all the other locals on the site . The pub has entertainment every weekend and the staff are very friendly .generally Both shops are usually open and so is the burger van . I love it here and I recommend you stay here sometime

if you want a real "back to basics, camp in the woods" experience then look no further. Dont be expecting an all singing, all dancing, 5 star week away, as its not what this site is about .. campfires, tree swings, bbq, hammocks and family fun times is the order of the day �...

I've just finished a class 48 hour fishing session for Carp landed 22 carp all good sizes and top fightering carp.. I was surprised and i've being fishing for carp for 20 years,i'm sorry I didn't know about this place sooner,will be going back next week worth the money and it was quiet on the site as it was we started,but am going there for a week end as it is a place to visit again and again as there lots to do the site lake man George is a top gentlemen vety help full and cones very quick to see to you..

Had a great weekend with my boy carp fishing.

I had 36 runs in a 48hr session landing 25 carp to 15.5lbs. I did loose a crumper but thats life. Thanks to charlie who always makes me feel very welcome. I recomend leisure lakes to anyone that hasnt had a bend in the rod for a while. Just a hint spod particles and chops with some glug in and you cant fail. Casting single boilie. Enjoy peeps.

Excellent site. Very friendly staff and plenty to do for the kids there. The on-site shops are very reasonably priced and the drinks at the bar were also very well priced. This was my first time at the site, but we will definitely a returning �

Absolutly love this place been comin here for a good few years yer its a place where you can party till early hours but thats part of the fun in camping going back in 3 weeks hopefully

Spent the bank holiday weekend here with my wife and 3 kids, We had the option of camping on the field or in the woods, we chose the woods. The pitch was perfect and there was plenty for the kids to do. The place was clean and other campers were friendly and helpful. The staff are very welcoming and always willing to help if need to find something or somewhere. We enjoyed making a camp fire and relaxing near the tent at night, but the only reason why i am putting a 4 star and not 5 star, is there is no time limit on loud music, last night (sunday 24th May) a group of lads came fishing and started playing music at full blast, the music was suitable for adults but not children, my kids could hear every swear word from the album they was blaring to the point where other families started turning up their music to blur out the swear words, this was at 10 o clock and my kids (aged 5 & 7) were in bed now listening to 3 concerts outside the tent. I dont mind people listening to music and having a great time but i think the park should implement a cut off time for loud music as it takes away the family side to the park when you cant get your kids asleep. We will be returning definitely as the kids had so much fun and as a family we had a great time. Thanks,

Great place if you want real no frills camping .. basic amenities... can be very noisy Fridays and Saturdays with families drinking and running around until 5a.m ... . Friendly staff on arrival ...

Went to the club with my grandaughter husband and daughter only to be turned away because my grandaughter was wearing trainers (brand new out of the box) .. to be told go and put a pair of wellies on and you will be able to come in ... at 1st I though he was joking then realised he was being serious ... went back to the caravan and stayed there ... stupid rules that made my grandaughter quite embarrassed and me annoyed .. on the plus side saved me some money by not drinking in the shed/pub ... if we ever go back we will be bringing our own beer/spirits... and high heels and cocktail dress �

Came here two years ago with my partner & son, we thought it was brilliant even though we are used to the sunny holidays! Came back this weekend and was a little disappointed, there is no longer an arcade for the kiddies, the crazy golf course is overgrown and out of use & the beach has been fenced off as private land! You literally have to make your own entertainment, I had a good weekend only cause we made our own entertainment, I think I will try another site next time.

We have just been for the weekend, (4 adults and 3 children) was planning on staying 3 nights but couldn't stand it after 2. The toilets were absolutely disgusting, and the lights didn't work, they are obviously very rarely cleaned, it was horrid. There was rubbish all over the site and the area isn't looked after at all. They allow campfires which is great, but people just have them on the grass so there are burnt patches everywhere. Generally it is very grubby and needs a lot of TLC. People were playing (very) LOUD music until 1am, and kids running round screaming, it was an absolute joke when families are around. Someone came and locked the gate at 11pm but didn't ask anyone to turn the music down, even though they state a 11pm quiet time.

We will never be going here again and will advise anyone we know to not go.

What a disappointment from somewhere that is so well known.

Stayed here some years ago and enjoyed it went this weekend with my partner and his son for 1 night camping was told camped in wrong spot toilets and showers were disgusting dont think they have been clean in a while was looking forward 2 crazy golf but that has been left 2 grow over i felt so sorry 4 the donkeys 2 b honest looked like they were on there last legs the hole site was a mess untidy i was so embarrassed because id told my partner and his son it was a lovely place we didnt even go down 2 the bar because it was full of ppl that were pissed i will b finding some where else

Omg well where do start arrived this morning think we was on the grounds 10 minutes after driving to the woods to camp we soon turned round and went and got our money back! what an absolute disgrace of a site it's nothing but a dump, toilets are absolutely vile probably never been cleaned no locks on doors no toilet roll, rubbish was piled high in various places all over and the caravans was bottle green with mould such a shame as there is lots of things to do desperately needs an update and a cleaner!!! Was like the rocky horror forest
