The Leith Planning Group is a small, family run business based in Lytham St Annes. We deal with all stages of the planning process from pre-application discussions to compliance with conditions from householder extensions and alterations to large scale masterplanning. As well as consultancy services, we also invest in and acquire land and property though our investment arm Leith Planning Investments and provide valuation and disposal services through our Agency arm, L & H Land Land Solutions.
