We have recently sold our house using Lesley Hooks Bebington branch. I have to say the standard of customer service we received was excellent. From start to end nothing was too much trouble. When Lesley told me she would find us a buyer within a week I was doubtful but hey was I wrong, we got a buyer in 24 hrs. We were particularly impressed with Carrie-Anne and how she dealt with our "difficult to contact " solicitor, you would not get that level of care from an internet based agent. I would 100% recommend Lesley Hooks to anyone who is looking for an estate agent.

We have just sold our home and bought a new one both through Lesley Hooks Bebington office. Great estate agent. We had our house up for a few months with another agent and had very little interest. The staff at Lesley Hooks estate agents, Bromborough handled the sale of my late mother's house and they couldn't have been more considerate and super efficient. Communication is key with any organisation and they were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and Dan chased everything, communicating all the way. Recently bought a house through Lesley hooks. In my experience it’s unusual to get the level of service I received from Dan at the Bromborough branch. He kept in touch weekly and was proactive throughout. Greatly appreciated. If you can put up with the house descriptions then I'd definitely recommend!

Ok, so I was in a difficult position and had to find a house swiftly. With limited time and money, I found a house that ticked the boxes but was still at the top end of my price range. A bit of a pipe dream TBH, but I liked it and threw in an offer of interest with little hope of acceptance.

Thankfully, with a lot of help from Victoria, my offer was accepted due to negotiations further down the line.

Not a great experience dealing with this particular estate agents. We sold and subsequently bought with Lesley hooks expecting the experience to run smoothly. We thought wrong, poor communication from both bebington and Bromborough office staff with regards to progress. When we called the office after a second viewing of a house, we had some concerns regarding the structure and some safety aspects we wanted ironing out, we had failed to take in every single aspect of the first viewing. They were so completely unsupportive making us feel like we really didn't matter to them and they just wanted our money as quickly and as easy as possible, speaking to my wife as if she was a 5 year old child, very condescending attitude from the proprietor which I find absolutly disgusting as this is one of the most stressful situations people voluntarily find themselves in and we as paying customers rely of professional advice and support no matter what the situation.



After the move we contacted them to ask if the vendor now at our old address if at all possible to drop any post off at their earliest convenience as we had some important documents. To date we still have not had a reply.

As the famous saying goes once bitten twice shy. I would not recommend this estate agents to my worst enemy.
