This is the last post from Lets Go, as we close down the organisation as from Friday 14th October 2016.
It has been a fantastic 16 years from developing one of the first internet TV stations in the middle of a housing estate in Old Trafford, to launching the London 2012 Games Time in the North West, and plenty more since and in between.
We have worked with so many talented and passionate people from all over the world and feel very privileged to have made such good friends a ...long the way.
Indeed, it has been the people involved that have made the work of Let’s Go shine, and we thank everyone dearly for their passion and commitment.
Many people have also gone onto other things, such as working as independent artists, creative producers, and working at ITV, Channel 4, and the BBC to name but a few.
This makes us very proud, to think that Let’s Go has really made a difference to people’s lives, that we have supported people to make positive change through getting involved in art and creative work that is meaningful, but also fun.
It is a bitter-sweet moment, sad to see yet another small arts organisation close, but happy in all that we have achieved, and to have some time to reflect back and think about new ways of working in the future.
So again Let’s Go would truly like to say a very big thank to everyone who has ever been involved and shared our journey.
It has been a blast.
Time now for bed, but tomorrow another day blooms. Much love and kindness to all.

Unmissable! Be at Restore Bramall Hall this Sunday between 11am - 4pm for a day of FREE family fun, including P4P - Players 4 People and their outdoor, mummers play.

On Sunday 11 September, the people of Stockport will takeover Bramall Hall and offer a day of FREE family fun, both inside and outside the house itself. Live music, performance, markets and more!
We'll have visiting artists - such as Artizani with their magical bee hives and live bands - but we're looking forward to seeing what groups like Ebony and Ivory Community Organisation, Walthew House for Deaf and Blind, Arc Cic, P4P - Players 4 People, Brinnington Community Arts Group, Heaton Norris Pavilion and our very own Caro C and Louise Wallwein have created for inside the house itself.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: Please share if you can. Anyone with even a little time to spare from Stockport or anywhere in Greater Manchester (but can get to Bramall Hall) would be greatly valued as a volunteer at Let's Go 'Off The Wall' at Bramall Hall on Sunday 11 September.
They will be fed and watered, provided with parking if needed and there's a glamourous 'Off The Wall' t-shirt on offer too.

It's been a really busy few months working with Stockport's residents on their community takeover of Bramall Hall on Sunday 11 September, but it's been great fun.
