Lifestyles are joining forces to hold our 1st ever Group Fitness Charity Day on Sunday 28th October 2018, 9.30am-3.30pm @ Lifestyles Everton Park.
Activities will include Metafit, MetaPWR, HITT Step and a Zumbathon to finish!
Activities are free for members and non-members and we will be taking any donations on the day for 2 of Liverpool city councils nominated charities.

All the staff are welcoming and nice, like a community centre, I enjoy the Zumba classes the most with Hannah she friendly and no matter what size age colour or creed you end up being her Zumba family plus you sweat but most of all we have fun !
