The upstairs flooring has now been repaired, and the mezzanine is back open!

User

The mezzanine will be undergoing maintenance tomorrow (Thurs. 23/01/20) from 8am and so will be closed during the repairs. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I had my first Voila session with Lisa yesterday. I have a lot of issues with joints in various parts of my body. It is a fascinating treatment. I can truthfully say that after being gently manipulated after a complete assessment of the misalignment of quite few areas, I felt a different person. Lisa is dedicated to helping people. I shall look forward to another treatment. #VOILAmethod

This lady had a stroke over 8 yrs ago and was told she wouldn’t walk ever again. She came to me over 3 yrs ago and had managed to progress to a walking frame for around the house. After nearly 4 years work - Today Winifred walks unaided. Tomorrow she flies ...... now she believes me when I say ‘yes you can......’ I absolutely love my work. Lisa Treacher

Lisa writes: I took a client on a shamanic journey to meet her power animal on Monday. She now has an owl to help her through life. The meaning of Owl as her spirit animal totally resonated with what she is experiencing / has experienced in her life so far and will help her in her future. Want to journey to find yours? Contact me and I will guide you through finding it.

From Lisa Treacher
As well as working with the body here is a glimpse into my spiritual journey of learning -
Some of my amazing ‘teachers’ who I owe so much to and will pass forward all I learn from them as a thank you.
... Gary Ward - I had my very first journey with him and his drum about 8yrs ago where I met my dad. Thank you so much Gary for opening up this world. He also taught me an amazing amount about anatomy and movement. So much so - I took the course twice.
Roy Sunley - an amazing teacher of quantum touch and an outstanding medium. He helped me see that my life long wolf is my protector and not something to fear. Also working with spirit is not something I should back away from and he’s now helping me down the shamanic route.
David Brown - my life coach of almost five years who has introduced me to a menagerie of helpers and has given me clarity in so many areas of my life. A life changer.
Ama Boisard - my beautiful reiki master who has given me nothing but love and patience and encouragement to become me. Through Ama I have experienced and seen ‘all that is’ and I am still, and always will be in awe of the bigger picture and the connectedness of all.
Lois Laynee - a great course on the art of breathing and recognising signs of distress and tapping into emotions of what is holding people back and how to release in order to allow the body to breath again.
Joel Crandall - voila method - this blows my mind and just complements everything I do and I will follow Joel Crandall all over the world to Learn from him. He has/ is teaching freedom of the mind body and soul and connecting all the in between pieces as well. Can’t wait to visit Joel in the USA for the next level.
Christa mackinnon - a shaman who teaches with passion, love, enlightenment, encouragement and who will guide me through so much over the next year or so.
And my clients and friends who I have treated or helped in any way who may read this - Thank you. It is only through you lot that I learn and continue to grow and your trust in me means so much.
Diane Hall - my mum - I cry as I write this thank you - I love you mum. Thank you for now seeing ‘me’ and for starting to allow me to see ‘you’. A long process ahead but one that will be so worth it. Please trust in me. (And don’t tell me off for putting this on here).
I have been told by Christa that I should start offering journey sessions as a stand alone treatment so If you want to learn more about anything then please get in touch with me.

Yesterday I took a bad blow to the side of my head, right by my right eye. Resulted in a bit of a bruise, swelling, bit of dizziness and a great headache. Thanks to the rehab work I have learnt with the Voila Method - www.voilamethod.com I tested which cranial bones had been knocked out of synch. All of them. Thanks to voila I was able to correct them and finish work for the afternoon. Went to bed last night with headache, quite tearful and a bit of blurry vision. Retested ...and my neck was out thanks to the whiplash I suffered on impact, my palette was out thanks to the impact that went through my forehead and cheekbones, My vision was still blurry. Had a bad nights sleep. Retested everything this morning. Numerous corrections needed to clear up the whiplash. Pain in my right eye and headache still. Tested eyes and my right eye was out when looking in every direction especially to the left. Did the necessary adjustments to my cranial bones and #voilamethod all okay and suddenly WOW!! eye sight is good and no pain when looking left. still headachey and tired which should hopefully go after a good nights sleep but this voila stuff I have learnt so far is amazing.

To all my members - I absolutely love you: When I don't need to chase you for payment When you come in and share your achievements When you come in and ask us for inspiration as you are having a hard day... When you take the time to chat to me and my staff about your self and family (we are inquisitive souls) When you are ill and you want us to help you get better When you look to us for guidance When you take on board our advice When you tidy up after yourselves When you wipe equipment down
But I get upset when: I need to chase you for payments as it's part of my job I dislike but I have to do it in order to keep the business going When you walk in and don't reply to our hello's or good-byes and we try to engage you in conversation but whether you are shy or just do not want to talk a hello or goodbye would be nice When you leave the equipment lying around and don't tidy up after yourself. It's a small place. Weights and mats can be a trip hazard.
We all want to be in a great environment either working or training or having a treatment. Help us to make it this way. We can't do it on our own. We want to love all of you.

I now balance myself (checking to see what is out with my skeletal system) most days using the Voila method. www.voilamethod.com Sometimes a lot needs correcting and other days only a couple of things. Wednesday night is two full on hours of martial arts and we don't get home until 10.30 so Wednesday nights I crawl in to bed achey, twisted up and sleep really badly and curse myself for not balancing myself out. Last night was no exception. Very poor sleep due to right leg pa...in from glutes down to my toes. This morning I ran through through the protocol to see what bones needed realigning with gentle manipulation and breath. I found I was balanced standing, however I was not balanced in standing right leg extension with external rotation. One correction - ONE!!! Pubis Symphysis - push together on an inhale and right ilium rotated up and left ilium rotated down both on inhale. VOILA - all balanced and achey painy free. LESSON TO SELF - balance morning AND night without fail. ARE YOU BALANCED? Half PRICE SESSION THROUGHOUT OCTOBER AND NOVEMBER . £30 for an hour. Lisa Treacher.

It looks like the Autumn weather has hit hard this year! You might find yourself in a low mood due to the gloom outside, which is the perfect excuse to head down to the gym for a session! You'll feel great afterwards and you get some shelter from the rain! We look forward to seeing you!

Today, Ryan worked with a member to re-create their programme to better suit their current needs and goals after feeling like they were plateauing with their previous routine. By the end of 45 minutes they were able to walk through some new exercises and put together a programme that worked.
This is a service we are happy to offer to any members who feel they might be struggling with their current programme or feel as though they're not making progress towards their goals.
If you're interested in a reprogramme, don't hesitate to ask a member of staff to find a date and time suitable for you!
