Went the gym for the first time yesterday ,the staff are so helpful and friendly ,straight back their this morning and they make you feel so welcome ��

We've just had our daughters 5th birthday party here - a roller disco! All the kids and adults had a brilliant time! The staff are so friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble! Thank you so much!!

Walton life styles gym is a brilliant all round gym,and it keeps me a happy client to attend daily �

Thought I'd try body combat loved it now try to get there at least twice a week good class great instructors. Staff really friendly and helpful.

Second time at the boxing circuit today and it went great thanks to the staff and the people in there.

My daughter enjoyed roller disco tonight.she loves the guys that run it especially the lovely lady that played with them .keep up the good work and see next Friday 😘😆

Joined the gym again in February and love this gym. I used to go to Alsop a while ago and even though this is slightly further away, I prefer the atmosphere. I have enjoyed all the classes I have tried, in particular circuit which I have been going to for a few weeks now and don't plan on stopping. Staff are really helpful too. Well done �

First spinning class here and best one i have been to. brilliant atmosphere with disco lights and good music and good instrutor will be spinning here from now on x

Fantastic place to work at � with lovely people. Members are so friendly and we all motivate and support each other. Smashing it with a great programme and we are making sure we meet people's needs ��

Carnt believe Kim the football coach has gone the coach who took over never had a patch on her I highly recommended people to come to this football but won’t be from now on we will follow Kim to where she goes she worked miracles by herself with that many kids not many people could do the same
