Limehurst Community Action Forum

The Limehurst CAF facebook page promotes activity undertaken in the community, by the community, of Limehurst Village in Oldham.

Limehurst Community Action Forum (CAF) is a group of residents who live in Limehurst Village and engage with our community by informing residents of what is going on in Limehurst and Oldham.

There are currently around 18 Limehurst residents who attend CAF monthly meetings to discuss what is happening in our community. Future meetings will include additional residents as we publicise our action plan and invite the community to bring along new ideas and initiatives.

Our aims are :
• To be a place for community groups to engage with each other and service providers;
• To invite residents to our meetings to talk about the things important to them;
• To co-ordinate events for the community;
• To provide support to any resident who wants to develop community action to promote the wellbeing for residents;
• To promote the maximum use of the estate resources for the benefit of the community, including meeting places like the tenant’s hall, green spaces, etc;
• To take tenants issues to other bodies where relevant, eg, other Limehurst Village Partnership meetings, the LCA (Limehurst Community Association) LTARA etc.

3. Upload or attach files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws (or by rights of privacy of publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents.
4. Upload or attach files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer.
5. Delete any author attributions, legal notices or proprietary designations or labels in any file that is uploaded.
6. Falsify the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.
