You may or may not have noticed, with or without relief, that I’ve been quite quiet this past week as I have been unplugged on holiday getting some screen free, work free, family time. As useful as social media is, it’s always good to have a break and exist in reality! I’ll be back to creating wonderful family memories for you all...starting tomorrow with my first day of school portrait sessions! Can’t wait to get going on these. They are such fun every year, and I especially love updating my regulars images and seeing how much difference a year makes!

I don't think there's anything more beautiful than the transformation we go through in pregnancy, and this lovely lady is the perfect illustration of a woman in bloom! She totally rocked the Goddess Dress by frankandbiscuit in her recent maternity shoot and looked absolutely glowing- I just can't decide whether I prefer the monochrome or full colour look? What do you guys think?

Well what can I say about this little dude? I was so excited about this session as I started my photography journey with these guys on their engagement shoot, then wedding, maternity and now baby is here! After the obligatory wakefulness, just to keep mum and dad on their toes, and sharing the contents of his tummy with me (all in a days work for a newborn photographer) he slept like a dream and I am so pleased with the set ups we got through. Mum is a little obsessed with E...lephants if you can't tell (bonnet and Elephant ted by the amazing Kath's Creations)!

Once upon a time there was a little lady who would not sleep. No bed, poser, or beanbag would do. But once she lay in the magic basket wrapped in the magic, erm, wrap, she drifted off to the land of slumber. For two whole seconds. Luckily, I work fast!
The heat was definately getting to this little lass yesterday! But what a total beauty! And that hair! It was so nice to meet her and catch up with her family who I first met two years ago photographing their first born! Love i...t when people come back to me- ultimate compliment!

Day one of school holidays...the child is STILL in bed. Which means I could still be in bed. But no. Little Miss cone head decided to give a concert at 6.20am. Drumroll for a major overshare of this mornings Lifestyle session with this majorly sweet family and their newest edition. Lifestyle photography is such a good approach to go for, especially when there are older siblings and you want real, natural, relaxed moments captured without having the mission of leaving the house with a newborn et al!
It was such an honour to visit these guys in their home, hang out, chat with the boys, get a full guided tour of their favourite toys ...and capture all those little details of the new little lady in the house...especially as I have photographed both the boys before (loved seeing my past work gracing these guys walls)!

brilliant experience all the way through, would absolutely recommend! Becca is extremely talented both at photography and at creating a safe, happy environment for babies to help them feel comfortable and enjoy the session. We're delighted with the results of our shoot and have had so many compliments about the pics of our beautiful boy.

We loved getting are newborn shoots done for our gorgeous girl Jasmine..Becca was really accommodating throughout the whole process, she goes to every effort to make sure the shoots are perfect and is very patient if your baby needs changing, feeding etc... Little wonderland was our blessing in disguise after our original photographer went bust 3 months before our big day, Becca helped us feel at ease and stress free because she was so efficient and organised. Not only does she take the most amazing photographs but she's a lovely person too. Polite, caring and so down to earth. Words can not describe how amazing our day was and how relaxed she made us feel, our day was filled with love and laughter and they captured it all perfectly. Just received my photographs from the photoshoot I had done with my 4 year old daughter and 10 week old son. They are fantastic and beautiful photographs. We had a wonderful experience with Becca who was brilliant and really patient with both children - she kept them both smiling!!!
