Where do I begin?! It was my first time sorting a car out myself and From start to finish i was guided and supported by Danny greaves. He gave me his all when it came to finding me the best deal and the best car! Always there to answer any questions and defiantly exceeded himself when it came to getting my dream car in a very short space of time! He made this whole experience amazing and really cannot thank him enough for what he has done me I am very greatful and extremely happy with my new car!!! Also a massive thank you to Emma Connor for showing me how to work all my buttons and gadgets without her I probably would not of even managed to drive off the forecourt!!

Capped off with a comprehensive and very personable handover from Emma Connor. I would highly recommend them and it was worth the 300 mile round trip for the savings and service I received. They even threw in a full tank of fuel which was an unexpected and very appreciated gesture. My local BMW dealership couldn’t come close on price so for me the extra distance was a no brainer. Thank you Lloyds Blackpool for a very pleasant and stress free experience.

Brian went above and beyond to find a car in my budget and took me out for several test drives to find which series would be best for me. Would highly recommend.

I took my 1 series in today because of a squeaky handbrake. Within a short period of time, while I had a complimentary coffee and a flapjack, had a look round an M3, 530i, M6 and X5M, my handbrake now is completely silent and is so smooth in operation it feels brand new. The technician did an amazing job. Louise was really helpful when booking me in over the phone and Connor was a consummate professional when I arrived to drop it off and leave with my car a short while later. Another faultless experience from you guys - thanks! ��

I picked up my new BMW on 29th December. From the minute i walked through the door everyone was so friendly and helpful. I was greeted by Dafydd (great sales guy)who listened to out budget and requirements and came up with the perfect car! The deal wasnt quite within our budget but tailored the deal to suit our needs. The car was shipped in with two days. Nick the Finance Manager was a great guy, he prepped and sorted our finance paperwork promptly. Rossi sorted me out with a full indepth demonstration of my car, making sure my phone was set up with the car and i was 100% before i took the car. On collection day, i was greeted by Scott and Rossi who went through and double checked everything for us. We found a tiny scuff, but before we could leave, it they had the valeter polishing out the scuff... whilst Scott entertained the kids � Overall an exceptional service! Thanks guys!

I have had my 1 series 120d (m sport trim) for a week and a bit, and i can say im over the moon with it. Big thanks to Lee B, he was extremely helpful and answered every question i had, went out on 2 test drives and it was a load of fun. I would 100% recommended going to see Lee if you want to purchase a car.

I found my dream BMW 640d white coupe on the internet and with Danny's help secured the car over the phone. My son and I drove down to Blackpool from Newcastle to pick the car up a week later and WOW. It's presentation was perfect. They saw me straight away when I was not booked in and sat down with an advisor straight away. The problem happened while I was driving to work and the car wasn't drivable. They advised me that the small wiper arm would cost 800.00 to replace... I called my local garage who I have dealt with previously and he said take it to them. They actually ordered the part from BMW, fitted it within a few hours and charged me 150.00. Just goes to show with dealers.
